I used this workout to jump back in after a 2-week hiatus. My husband had covid-19, so I wasn't taking the time to exercise. This year has taken a mental toll in many ways. Thanks for having so many great workouts to get me through. This one was a good one to get myself back into working out.

LOVED this workout! Please do more of these 30 minute higher calorie burning workouts! I wish I had the time for the longer ones but my kiddos can't stay entertained on their own for the longer workouts. Thank you this was awesome!
I came back to this workout again on Tuesday, 11-21-2023. I have been using Sydney and Dustin's videos for the past several years. in February of 2022, I was topping out at 155 lbs. I am down to 111 lbs. However, I continue to do these workouts to stay in shape and to help make myself more insulin sensitive as I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes during the summer of 2022.
Crushed it and boy am I sweating!! These boot camp workouts with the added weights really push me but I love them! You pack a lot of work into 30mins!!! Thanks as always Sydney. X

It makes me work more because I know you're working along with me and working just as hard. A lot of trainers I've seen don't do that and I get frustrated with it. I need someone to work along with me. Not just to talk my head off. So thank you!
Love the boot camp style workouts and these short, 30 minute workouts are great. I love combining them with one of your longer workouts to finish off my session. On a side note.....you should really consider investing in more workout attire with your brand on it. I know I would purchase a hoodie to support you and your company. That workout was much tougher than I thought it would be. I opted not to use the dumbbell for most of the exercises requiring it but I’m still sweaty as hell. Great workout!
Loved the difference between weighted and body weight. Just recovering from 6 weeks of a herniated disc so I have to be slower than normal but I'm loving the fact that I can adapt and still burn. But I have to be more careful with food too.
Probably the best 30 minute workout ever Sydney's instruction is impeccable LOVED IT and I have done them all Cathe Jari etc these workouts are awesome

I mark every video with a thumbs up or down so I know which ones to do again or not do again. This one is a thumbs up and would be a Fav! if there was such a marking. Loved this one except at the end - long jumps, I can only go 6 inches not kidding. The rest I can do just fine and really liked.
