We will complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds of strength exercises with dumbbells and surprise ending! I am using 10 lb, 15 lb, and 20 lb dumbbells but pick dumbbells that work for you! I recently started back up again after a couple weeks off and I feel incredible! Loved the butt bridge pulses, they really made me feel and work those muscles. 💪 Thank you for being the motivater that you are, it helped me get back into it after feeling like giving up the last bit. I'm slowly reaching my goals and starting to learn to be happy with even the littlest amount of progress!
