I have been working out with Sydney for almost 2 years and have done 100's of her workouts and this was my least favorite workout I have done. I felt very uncoordinated with the compound moves in this workout. I have done 100's of compound movement workouts with Sydney and I have never felt like I did today. Still love you. I can not afford a gym membership, and Gyms are so small not enough room to do what I want. Being able to workout out at home with someone is amazing. You are blessing so many people. I really liked the intervals for this one. I didn't even really notice it was a 2 min interval but I did have to lower my weights on the 45 second rounds... will be working on that. My workout consistency is locked in so for July it'll be all about getting my macros in order. Thanks Sydney! Have a great time with all the lucky fans :-)

Omg! This was truly killer! I’m not gonna lie I cdnt figure out how to do those lunge moves so I made up my own burpee combinations and leg work and I still crushed it. Thank you!

I was kinda wondering the same thing, I think it might be because these are compound movements and were not isolating and lifting heavy but I’m not the expert of course. Curious to see her response

Earned the finale sweat today. That was a tough 30 minute workout...the "extended burpees" (aka burpees and switch lunges😅) at the end were the hardest and I gave it my all though and feeling strong!! My goal for July is to be more accountable for my nutrition!! Happy Saturday all!
Great workout Sydney but that was a killer especially here in the UK it’s been about 40° today after doing a nine hour shift in the kitchen and then I came home and did the workout later Well it had cooled down a bit but it was a killer but once again you are the best and I’ll see you tomorrow xx

Not a favorite of mine but I pushed through. Felt a little chaotic, and rushed, but that’s okay! It’s one workout out that I didn’t like out of hundreds I love. Personally don’t prefer compound workouts like this. Injuries can happen during these types of workouts. But I finished it, just didn’t give it a thumbs up because I don’t want to ever see this one again!! Haha
