Let's really CRUSH this FULL BODY STRENGTH workout together! I used my 10, 15, 20, and 30 pound dumbbells today but grab weights that work for you! We will be working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. This workout will be so much fun with all the variety! Grab your water, and your sweat towel, click play and let's go! Loved it! It was tough! I'm really challenging myself outside the comfort zone and pushing heavier weights. I'm finally getting to a point of curling 15s for the entire 45 sec rounds! My goals are all about strength and muscle growth! I am so PUMPED for 2020!!
