Another oldie but goodie. This is just what I needed after a day of indulgence yesterday. My hubby and I loved the intensity of alternating weights and cardio.
Things I’ve learned about my body; I am as strong as I allow myself to be. My mind is the strongest muscle I have. It controls how much or how little I do. ❤
Thank you so much for your motivational words of wisdom. I am a Zumba Instructor and I find that weight-training not only helps me be a better dancer, but I'm increasing my metabolism by increasing muscles. I love your workouts.
This workout was fun, but still work. I was a little nervous going into it, due to a muscle being a little swollen. However, it didn't stop me nor did it hurt while working out. Thank you for always pushing me to CRUSH IT!! See you tomorrow.

Your agility training definitely works. When I was trying to put my 20 lb dumbell on my back for the plank, it rolled off super fast and I had to jump my legs out of the way almost instantly to avoid it hitting my heels. I credit you entirely with that spiderman reflex!

Great oldie workout! The zoom ins on Sydney back then kinda cool. With the Superman’s watch her upper back muscles on the lift to get a good idea on form. 😊
Crushed it! I couldn't breathe at one point or two 😆 but still pulled through! Thank GOD for you! You motivate my husband and I every day to achieve a better version of ourselves.
I just crushed it today due to hectic schedule in this past 2 days.proud of myself due to working hard as a confinement lady for my sister 😅 but i managed to squeeze in the time today,just to working out with u.crushed it ✌💪💪💪
I didn't give 100% today and I am kinda bummed....when I was positioning my weight on my hip for the weighted side planks I felt a really sharp pull in my shoulder and had to stop. I finished the workout but had to modify quite a bit. Hope it feels better tomorrow!
Crushed it! Some pitfalls along the way with eating bad but I’m staying motivated & going to keep climbing to improve my efforts. Thanks for the workout! 💪🏽👍🏽
Loved this workout! I did not feel like doing it after a really busy weekend. But, so glad I did! My dumbells are all over the place. Why are Sidney´s always in such order?

Ugh ate some junk yesterday and I feel it today but it's a new day and I will just attack my goals and not beat myself up about the past.

Same thing happened to me, but mine rolled up and hit me in the head. Ouch! Luckily it was only 5 lbs. Could've been worse. Haha!
