    Mendi Njuguna Aren't you just loving Sydney's workouts? They are different everyday. I'm glad you are crushing these workouts too. I did the kickboxing one today. Loved it. I was drenched in sweat and liked the way she changes the durations of each session. Glad that I'm not the only one who is challenged by these awesome workouts. Go girl!💖

    I'm a heavy set woman, I love your workouts but today on this one I had to modify a lot. I did it from beginning to end.

    i just crushed it ! im 63 years old with breast cancer. i used 5 lb wts throughout and no modifications. it definitely kicked my ass but these workouts rock!

    This morning I could not get thr motivation to get to the gym. I was just feeling all around down today. I didn't go to the gym but forced myself to do THIS of all workouts! So happy I was able to complete it. My body said no but my mind had other plans. Not for the faint-hearted though!! One of the hardest I've done!

    This is one of my Favorite Sydney workouts! The best work crushing ANYTHING for 2 months. Been sick and Auto Immune does not help at all! No matter what, I continue to do my best!     Love this workout on days when I’m not in to the daily challenge. Modified a few to bring cardio up a notch, only because Sydney has challenged me to do better and I’m doing my best to rise to it everyday. Haven’t done this one in months, feels so good to come back to an old(er) one and do it better than ever before. Burn more, get higher heart rates, do moves more completely, upgrade plank crosses with mountain climbers, do better, push more, constant growth.

    I always look for comments like this so I thought I'd provide one: I'm 5'5-5'6 and 145-148lbs and I burned 390 doing this workout at maybe 85% effort

      Her calorie counts are clearly clickbait for anyone that tracks with any sort of watch or activity tracker but not in a bad way, I feel like 390 is a pretty solid burn for this time considering my fitness level

      ⁠@@babyjan305 390 is still a good amount! But the fact that you said you only put in 85% effort means that her projected calories in the video title could be more accurate than not, considering she puts in more like 100% effort. Also your current muscle mass not just body weight is a factor to consider as well.

      Oh yes girl!! Where are you from? I just LOVE how much you are checking in after your workouts! SO so PROUD!! Also, I love a good sweaty mess after your workout! It proves you really made it worth your time today!! Yes cardio doesnt have to be boring, I love using dumbbells to get my heart rate up even higher! I think my favorite move today was the lunge punches!

    My all time favorite. I haven’t posted for a while but I am with you 3-4 days a week. I like this style - where you repeat sets 3-4 times (by 3/4 I can really feel the muscles working). A ton of new moves!!! and you give the best technique tips (side bend with the weight - use your waist to bring you back; the first time I used my arm).

    Damn woman. This was a tough one. I hit pause on you to catch my breath. I started with 6lb weights. That sure didn't last long. That last set was brutal and I was using 3lbs!😓 I can't say I crushed it. Maybe squashed it. Lol. But I got it done and am loving your workouts. Thanks Sydney once again. You and your workouts are awesome.

    Yaaaaaaas dumbbell cardio QUEEEN!!! This is exactly what I need! Beach body is great for this or that, but I want it all in one, I want this! Had to modify the floor work to my elbows while my injury heals, but it still kicked my but, I'm drenched! Love it!! Queen where have you been my whole life!

    I made it 30 minutes! I have not done one of your workouts in the six weeks since I broke my ankle. I’ve been out of my boot for two weeks now and I am wearing a small ankle brace. And wanted to give your workout a try I’ll eventually be back to my full staff. I am taking it slow and easy because my number one goal is being able to run again. I’m 57 years old I’ve been a runner for over 45 years and will be absolutely crushed if it’s no longer a part of my life. Thanks for the great workout today

    This is my favorite workout syd!! Whenever I'm short on time and want to get my full hours worth of exercise I keep coming back to this. Still building up my agility and endurance six months ago I could only wish I was limber and agile now I'm craving for more! And to think I was soo sleepy when I was about to start working out I almost napped during my pre workout stretches and had planned a different more demanding workout. But I needed to hear Sydney's encouraging voice and that burst at the start of your workouts to energize my lazy bones to get it done. And instead of feeling beat I want to do more lol!! Love ya girl!! ❤️💕

      Hey Katka thank you so much for joining me! I do have a ton of great shorter workouts that focus specifically on certain parts of the body from a couple months ago! I focus on abs or legs or glutes etc...just look back a little farther in my channel!

    I crushed it!! Loved this workout, I have been able to increase my strength so much more when completing these exercises. The first few times I had to take a couple breaks but after a while I have found motivation in improving my intensity. Now I can complete the whole thing and have been increasing the weights!! Thank you for providing these intense workouts, they have taught me so many techniques and have kept me motivated in staying fit. Keep them coming!

      Barbara Buccola I kept it to the 5 pounders. Any higher and I would have given up haha. Normally I like to add 2 pound ankle weights to my workouts but this one I had a feeling I wouldn't have made it 😬😬😬

      Barbara Buccola I also used lighter weights 5 pounds. Also, in one of the intervals I performed the exercises in that circuit in modified state. Just to allow myself to finish the workout and not give up. It was not easy, but the feeling when done and all the sweat, it is sooo worth it!
