This channel has changed my life for the fabulous. I've been back and forth between different types of workouts and coaches, and tried for a while to follow BeachBody workouts and meal plans, but I wasn't personally successful. Your variation, techniques, energy, positivity, and enthusiasm are contagious and I truly can't say how much I love working out with you every day!! I'm down 75 lbs and don't plan on slowing down! I crushed it!! The side plank move!! I finally got it but that transition was a challenge!! I watched and trained at my UFC gym in Southern California. 🎉🎉🎉 I’ve been working out with Sydney since I found her during Quarantine. I love to turn off my busy brain and let my body follow your lead!!! Such a healthy release and your pep talks at the end always seem to hit a spot that needs a nudge. I’ve been doing your workouts since March 2019- and randomly picked this one. It pushed me, however, with your never workouts, I think this one wasn’t as focused on good form with heavier weights, progressive overload. I like how your workouts have progressed over time.
loved how the workout was all over the place... no exercise was boring or monotonous... otherwise i usually get bored during longer workout routines... so thank u for that!

After a plethora of ridiculous food for the holidays I crushed it! I started out half my sets with 15 pounds and ended the last half with 10 pounders. Needed this workout to start my week to stay focused on goals ahead. The first half of the workout for the legs was a killer and I’m sweating like it’s going out of style. Sydney you rock! Keep up the great work!👍🏽

I crushed it in philly! The low plank slide was also most difficult for me to maintain. Feet kept sliding. I was challenged appropriately with my 8lb dumbbells. Thank you!

I CRUSHED IT! At first I was hating this workout because it was hard. But I love that you give encouragements to keep moving and to see you keep moving when it gets tough keeps me going! The hardest move for me was the saw and the side plank crawl, I had to modify on that one to. I am from Soldotna Alaska.😊 I was born in Sanford, North Carolina and I have family that lives there. I work for an allergist here in Alaska and it makes me giggle when you talk about your allergies. I feel for you! I crushed it!!! This was my second try and I completed without modification. It was tough but so rewarding... My toughest move was plank roller. I had to slow down so that I don't compromise the forms. AWSOME workouts!!! I'm from sunny California

Crushed it Sydney. I did have to pause you twice though. When we were transiting from bent over rows to shoulder presses. I was using 10s. I usually use 8s so that was progress especially the way this workout was set up. Loved the format and the burn out was tough. That last move I looked like a dying cockroach and was glad when you showed modifications but the challenge was great. Glad that you have me doing moves that I've never tried before. Thanks again and see you tomorrow.

Crushed it! I found the arms to be hardest. I was using 15 lb weights so definitely couldn't keep up the same pace... those upright rows were hard!! Great challenging workout
I crushed it!!! My hardest moves: - Legs: broad jumps (the moves with the dumbbells kill my lower back and thighs already so I could barely jump) - Arm: bent-over rows - Abs: body saws and side-plank walks

I crushed it!!💪💪💪 I really enjoyed the setup of this one and the latter setupof the exercises ❤ I got to admit I really do LOVE your bootcamp routines. And I think with each one I keep falling in love more! Now it is for sure decided that I NEED to get some 10 pound dumbells because the two pound wrist weights and 8 pound dumbells for this workout was a good weight. Crushed it! Like you Sydney, the body saws were brutal. I alternated between sawing and just holding the plank. Really unique twist to a pyramid workout. Thank you for creating such effective and fun workouts. Helps this Wisconsinite stay in shape.
Crushed it! Although definitely more of a 30/35 min workout when you take off cool down and warm up. But it still challenged me, definitely struggled with plank saw and the side plank one. I am from England UK

Ok, first off I absolutely love your workouts! They are heart pumping and motivating! I have a slight suggestion though. I often feel that you are moving too fast. Not with reps or actually doing the movements, but transitioning. For example, in this workout, you are doing the movements before we even know what we are doing. You are on rep three before I am able to fall in. I will continue to do your workouts because I love the positivity, but that may be one little change you can make. Keep them coming and thank you!

Crushed it! I found the arms to be hardest. I was using 15 lb weights so definitely couldn't keep up the same pace... those upright rows were hard!! Great challenging workout

- Legs: broad jumps (the moves with the dumbbells kill my lower back and thighs already so I could barely jump)
- Arm: bent-over rows
- Abs: body saws and side-plank walks

Crushed it! Like you Sydney, the body saws were brutal. I alternated between sawing and just holding the plank. Really unique twist to a pyramid workout. Thank you for creating such effective and fun workouts. Helps this Wisconsinite stay in shape.
Crushed it! Although definitely more of a 30/35 min workout when you take off cool down and warm up. But it still challenged me, definitely struggled with plank saw and the side plank one. I am from England UK

Ok, first off I absolutely love your workouts! They are heart pumping and motivating! I have a slight suggestion though. I often feel that you are moving too fast. Not with reps or actually doing the movements, but transitioning. For example, in this workout, you are doing the movements before we even know what we are doing. You are on rep three before I am able to fall in. I will continue to do your workouts because I love the positivity, but that may be one little change you can make. Keep them coming and thank you!
