    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    So it’s 5/20/23 and I’m making my way through doubling up 2023 Summertime fine with your 30 min. videos. At the end of this video, Sydney, you talked about eventually having your own brand and having bands available. You made it girl! It’s 4 years later, your channel has grown to almost 1.5 million subs and you have your own Royal Change brand with bands, clothes, and equipment. Congrats on your successes!

    Due to my crazy work schedule, I am returning to your old videos, with no equipment, jumping rope, or bands. I am traveling and have no access to weight. This video is 4 years, and you were already thinking one day you want to have your Royal bands, and you do now. it is a fantastic accomplishment. Thanks for keeping me motivated to exercise and to move on in life every day.

    Love this workout so much. All of Sydney’s workouts leave me feeling invigorated afterwards vs dizzy and weak when I do other at home workouts.

    What a great surprise, something different, with mini bands, weights and only 30mn. Didn't feel like working out but you made me enjoy it and wanting more. Muscles were burned. Added one of your great stretching and body feels worked but "soft" if I can use that word. Thank you for your your daily commitment to us.

    I don't have any resistance band and instead opted to do the 30-minute tabata cardio-abs workout instead. Now that I heard from you that one can do this workout without a band, I reckon I'll try this workout with my weights tomorrow morning before work. Good work on you all that kicked ass in this workout today.

      Mendi I think the 2 min per exercise will burn most people out if they’re using correct form with or without the bands. I’m curious to see how it goes for you🙊

    I just purchased mini bands last week so I was so happy to see this workout. I did it after the 40 min total body strength and conditioning and I was drenched in sweat! I know my gluteus are going to feel it tomorrow!! Keep the workouts coming!

    I almost passed out lol. I actually pushed myself mentally to get through this. I'm breaking the habit of thinking this workout or that workout isn't something I can do bc I'm "too heavy" when in fact I can do it, just not as fast as I want to. Anyway, I'm so glad I found your channel. It's helped me have more structured workout times. I appreciate you so much Sydney! Thank you :)

    I just found you when looking for resistance band workouts. Love this workout! Its tough but worth it. I do this and the butt/thigh and 30 min. HIIT once a week. Looking for a 10 minute ab to do after each.

    WOW!!! That was AWESOME. Another great workout with my forgotten equipment. Love how you add a different spin with every workout. Have the resistance bands, but never use them, now I need to go buy more because I broke one. Thanks for the great workout

    I did the entire workout and my Fitbit said I burned 160 calories (so far) by the end. I liked the combo of weights and resistance bands -- that's what I was looking for. Excited to have found this channel. Thanks!

    I just discovered your channel this morning and subscribed. This workout was AMAZING!! Thanks for making longer workouts which are hard to find on YT! I workout like a fiend but recently got a couple of injuries which is frustrating to do low impact stuff but WOW, my heart was pounding the entire time. Looking forward to trying other workouts you have. Prior to this, I only did PopSugar workouts but yours look amazing.
