- Hope you enjoy this new 40 Minute Full Body Pilates Workout featuring a light set of hand weights (1kg - 2kg) and a mini resistance band. Don't worry if you don't have any of the equipment as you can still enjoy the class without it! You could also get creative and use household objects like bottles of water (or wine :P) or cans of vegetables to act as weights. Get ready to sweat and most importantly, have fun! 😊

Love these workouts so much. They get my heart rate.up just as much as intense gym workouts without draining my energy. I feel so calm and refreshed afterwards. Loving pilates so far

I found this one recently. I dove into it the class this morning. Since I had both elastic band and hand weights, no modifications were needed. New way of workout with Nicole. Really fun and effective workout for me with additional prods. Enjoyed it a lot and will definitely repeat this workout in the future!

I really like doing exercise with Nicole videos. Generally picking up one of workout which are 30 minutes or more, and try to do three days of the week. Every time I thought it was short but end of the exercise I realized it was precise. My goal is toning my body and stay active.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
