This was so good to do. I’ve given up all my crazy workouts now and only do Nicole’s ones. They help my anxiety and help heal my mind as well as working and strengthening every muscle in my body.
The only thing I do different is the abs part as I have a slight gap after having my kids so I do my own variety of moves until the gap has gone. It’s almost gone though doing Pilates everyday! ❤❤

@@racheladams7118 hi yea I only do Nicole’s one and sometimes other core workouts 5 mins as I’m short on time for long ones sometimes. I don’t do any cardio but I walk 4 miles a day doing trips to my kids school and back.
@@racheladams7118 I don’t follow the calendar as I’m not really a fan of yoga only Pilates. But I do like the stretches she does 😀

I love your videos. Could you make a few more beginner friendly or low impact videos? More-so floor work-going from the floor to standing triggers my symptoms. These are some of the best workout videos I have ever come across! I have suffered from burn out and I usually have no energy to exercise. I still exercise most days but feel exhausted afterwards. I have only been doing your videos for 3 days but my nervous system LOVES them! I feel amazing afterwards and they don't sap all my energy. I come home from work excited to choose another video! Nicole.. that was insane! The sweat was pouring off me but I was super proud that I was able to do everything.. although I did have to drop the weights when it got to the bend and side plank bit ! I've been practicing with you for nearly two years. Can't imagine my life without it. I have a question if that's ok.. what do you do for exercise? I'm new to Nicole's workouts after going on hiatus from Pilates due to life and mental health. I love that the videos are longer as it gives your body more time to actually warm up and start sweating. I used to dislike compound movements when I first started Pilates and liked the shorter 5-10 min videos but as I'm 28 now Nicole's videos are exactly what I needed to get back into Pilates. I've only done the ones with weights and they're amazing! Just goes to show you don't need to intense HIIT all the time to sweat. ❤
Thank you Nicole for yet another great workout! The past months I've been doing some Reformer Pilates. Although being a good change of scenery to my regular workout I find myself drawn back to Nicole's workout as I feel more energized. I like how the traditional pilates uses our body weight to challenge our core rather than superficial tensions that could over work our muscles. Definitely can see some transformation in my body and strength, and consistency is the key. Don't need any fancy settings to tone up. 💚

hi!@@anagram425 my classes usually start at 10 am, so I should leave home at 9 am. Usually I wake up at 7 or 7.30 so i could train this time) You can save your time by cooking breakfast in advance and showering before bed) That's what I do to have additional time in the mornings

Morning, Nicole. I've been your loyal subscriber for some time as your dancer lengthening body drills suit my body and my way of understanding exercise. I simply love what you do and would like to continue taking your class. My request to you is to reduce the strenuous elbow supported exercises -the various full or side planks as they are hard on the arm joints in the long run, or at least give us the alternative.
