The basic idea is that lots of natural, native input trains your brain to find patterns in information, which then allows you to speak without thinking or translating. By knowing vocabulary very well, you are then able to speak. So input, rather than repetitive speaking practice, develops your ability to speak. This process of getting native input is also essential because it gets you comfortable with the native way of learning, rather than using translations or trying to get definitions. :) Want to speak English fluently? @@abdel-rahmanali8196 At first I became fluent in the language and after that everything became easy to acquire in English I learned accounting and marketing without translating a single word
It’s a shame that you don’t like learning French. :( I think it could be much easier than Arabic for you to learn, thanks to Latin roots. Although you have already learned Japanese which also has different characters, and seems so difficult when we know nothing about it at all. ;) Congratulations!!
No doubt, YOU are the world’s number one English fluency guide! :D You give us so much, and always with the same intensity and enthusiasm. You never feel like tired with us, that is so important and exciting for us to get confidence to continue to learn again and again with the same energy that you give yourself. Long live to your great work! Keep it up! :))
Hi Dear Master Drew, I am very much thankful about the most excellent lesson. It's my hope to know about about a question that question means what is difference between fluency and proficiency ?
Hello! I have been watching your videos for a very long time. I would like to know if it is possible to learn any language as a first language. Thanks in advance!
I'm looking for online videos of real life conversation with subtitles but I find a lot of them podcast like and, it's weird to say that but, people enunciate too much. Do you suggest watching TV shows and chop them into parts to have more naturally varied reviews?
In my opinion (58:28), language schools teach this way because they can profit (money) more from this method. That's one of the reasons why they stick to this method.

The basic idea is proficiency means you’re able to do something. But fluency implies doing it well, automatically and easily. :)
Thanks...🙏

Yes, this works with every language. :)

Just watch real natives talking about things. Search for our "Espresso video" here on RUclips. :)
