Would love long Pilates and yoga classes
I have been doing your classes for nearly 2 years and I found this to be one of the most challenging workouts on your channel! Especially that chair sequence! I can never underestimate the power of yoga and how positive it makes me feel x

how long did it take for you to see the muscle definition?? i too have been moving with nicole consistently for 3 months now i wasnt this consistent with her or any other workout and i'd love to know that my consistency will pay off!!

@@MoveWithNicole I practice yoga daily and do a wide variety of workouts to stay fit past 50. When my college aged daughter is home in the summer, we'll do one if your workouts together. This workout lit up my legs, especially the chair pose sequence at the end. I did curse, but I posted comment to express my admiration for you. Your workouts can be demanding and should be approached with respect. Namaste🙏

yikes. i thought i was getting stronger and chose this yoga as a "lite-day" break from pilates. HAH! i'm coming back to it after a recovery-day, and will keep it in my rotation of favorites not because i love it but because obviously i NEED the strength/stamina! Thanks for another great one, Nicole
This was perfect. I never feel more in tune with my body than doing Move With Nicole workouts. And somehow they challenge me, fatigue my muscles, make me sweat & I still come out of it feeling strong and energized.
This one was quite tough, but at the end of the practice I felt so blessed and fully relaxed! Thnk u so much

thank you so much nicole, love all of your workouts. This was my first time doing yoga rather than pilates and I was SO SORE from my 3 hour hike on Sunday that my whole body popped during this lol. Its also been a hot while since ive done a wheel pose and my back was feeling the stretch and my wrists were suffering too.

What an amazing workout! I have been struggling with back pain since becoming a nurse and this made me feel way better in one session compared to several sessions of the gym.

My first longer yoga with Nicole, (the first in years), and I feel very good after it, three weeks ago I would not have attempted this. Some things are beyond my capacities, but overall I feel strong and buzzy. My knees will definitely strengthen from the lunge and balance work, I'll definitely be repeating it.

this is the workout where I finally -after like 10 weeks- fully realise what you mean when you say to drop my ribs down to my hips. I'm really going to be able to increase my core strength now! Crazy that it took me so long to understand. But the standing pose where we cross our legs over one another and cross our arms really forced me to drop my ribs and draw upon my core strength. Thanks for this!
