- Welcome to your strong yoga flow to strengthen your whole body. This 35 minute sequence includes a dynamic yoga practice with plenty of creative transitions to make strengthening your body a playful and fun experience.
This practice offers a unique take on yoga, at times it might feel like a dance and at others you may notice elements of pilates. I hope you enjoy the mixture of movements.
This class is better suited to intermediate practitioners as some of the transitions will be tricky for beginners.

Wow this one took perseverance plus a few short breaks for breath and water! I have never done anything like that - I was blown away with all the creative transitions. So cool. I was giggling so much at how challenging it was especially laughing at myself trying to stand up from that pigeon to standing bit haha! Thanks again Charlie!

Loved the pigeon sequence - a twist followed by warrior 3! And after practicing yoga now for exactly 3 years, I was able to achieve a well balanced crow with relaxed breath and hold it twice as long as normal. It's rewarding to see unexpected progress. I treasure practicing with you.

I know this practice is a fluid one- yoga in general. But, when I’m having inner ear issues and my balance is as if I were standing on one of those balance boards - drives me crazy! I can do everything, confidently. And then a week later one day suddenly I feel like a beginner again in some poses especially when you cue fromwarrior 3 to standing extend leg and twist back to warrior 3. I need to wait til I know what I’m doing when my ear is being moody.
But the perfectionist ( me…). Has worked for months and months on what I’ve heard is one of the more beautiful qualities of yoga. It’s a practice… my abilities will ebb and flow. My flexibility, my focus and my conditioning is on a constant and ever changing path. Where the practice is the goal. And practice is the beginning and the end. So - I need to be easy on myself. It’s Only myself and my mat. I have been extremely competitive- but the desire to grow as a 39 year old mother of 3 small and very small kids. I need to teach them to slow down and anything that you will feel proud to do takes a lot of self discipline but also a sense of humor and patience. Forgive myself for wobbling on warrior 3’s and for my hamstring cramps. I went straight for. DID YOU EAT OUR BANANA, ME?!? Then I just lowered my foot and continued. I’m learning grace

Trust Charlie to kill you jn 30 mins. I thought I chose a 60 min session. Was nervous that it would be too tough but I almost made it lol. I felt very strong though.

For well over a decade, I have enjoyed a daily yoga practice and have come solely to YT classes ever since 2020. Charlie, I was surprised at the heat I built throughout this class, as you delivered what was promised in your title! I especially loved the creative transitions (like the gentle and sensible one to wild thing, for example) and the overall warm up until the graceful ending. Thank you and Namasté 🙏🏼

Thank you so much Veronique, honestly I think repetition is key. I used to put my knees down a lot in Chaturanga, it still helped me build strength but made it more accessible when there were lots in a class. I think doing this is a great way to go

I have a question, I was doing yoga every day 2 hours in the morning then i stoped for 2 months. Now, i feel i kinda lost my balance and some asanas are not easy like before. Is that normal??
Hey Aya yes this is normal. Ever heard the saying you don't use it you lose it, well practicing asana is very similar. The more we practice the easy it gets but the body quickly forgets and things get harder when we aren't consistent.

Thank you so much Charlie, I love this sequence of movements. It's a bit of challenge because I'm not that strong but I can do all these poses. The fluidity of these movements truly test my strength. I found that my left side is quite weak, I struggled to keep balance when I'm on my left side. It's interesting. ❤❤❤❤🙇♀️🙏
Hey it’s great to read your feedback I really appreciate it and am quite similar I’m the way that my left side is much weaker. I think it’s because I’m right handed so my right side is dominant. I try to make more effort to practice the left side a little longer to balance things out. Maybe this can help you too

Several times during this video i yelled "you're insane, i cant do that!" at you through my phone Charlie. This was definitely at too high a level for me but i enjoyed it nonetheless. Maybe ill try it again in a year or so and ill surprise myself!

Yoga sequence was really good. .. how do you build strength for side planks ? I am not able to maintain balance at all.. also can you give tips to improve balance in warrior 3 and side stretch on one leg?

Charlie, this one is FIERCE and beautiful and powerful! Such an affirming flow sequence to remind my body what it can do and how it can move! 💪 I've been avoiding any class that had the words "power" or "strong" or "fiery" but when I saw your new class, it just felt like an invitation to step outside my usual comforts and get my brave on. And I did! I was able to stay with you throughout too! But it was a sweat bath! 😅 I love how you still look cool and fresh even as you practiced. I did this on the first day of the week, on the first day of May too and I feel so good about how I'm opening myself up for the new week and month ahead. Grateful to you as always Charlie. Awe Agnes! This was a joy to read, I'm am grinning like a crazy person, I wish you could see me as I type this. I'm so happy you decided to do this class, I don't think anything beats that feeling of 'I actually did it'. I had the same experience the other day with a workout I'd been avoiding because it was labeled intense, but then I pushed myself through it and realised that it's mostly all in my head. Also thank you for the compliment, I'm usually glowing in a sweaty way on filming days because I do a couple of classes back to back so I think my face gets more red as the session goes on.
