I thought he was just teasing me so I blew it off but he turned the light on and said, "Flex! Flex! Look at that bicep!" Then he hollered for our teenage son to "look at mom's biceps!!". Kind of silly, but I was seriously so proud! I have been working out with you for almost 2 years, but counting macros since May. Never have I felt healthier or stronger! So encouraging to see the results on the outside that I feel on the inside. Thank you Sydney and Dustin!

Last year at 37 years old, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I was having difficulty just getting off the couch. After I was put on medication to finally get my flares under control, I decided it was time to lose some weight. With my doctors approval, I started working out. I found your channel 3 months ago and I cannot thank you enough for all the motivation, and encouragement you give out into the world. I have lost 13 lbs, I have gained so much muscle and I can move! That’s the most important part. I can move again! Thank you doesn’t seem like it’s good enough. But thank you!

I am an extrovert........I thought I'd miss seeing my work out buddies at the gym. I do miss seeing them but these workouts surpass any I would get in group exercises, so here I am, working out with people all. over the world instead. Sydney, thanks for your motivation and professionalism.
I totally agree! Nowadays here in Italy gyms are still closed because of Covid-19, so I'm still missing the social aspect of real life gyms but I totally prefer these RUclips workouts to those i used to do in my gyms.

Sydney Cummings Yayy, I crushed this today.. It's 2.30p.m in India.. Can't feel my arms at all.. But however I just loved it.. I was 102 kgs two yrsback and now I m 80kgs..I have been following Sydney for about four months now, and yes I have gone down only 3 kgs with her but the change in my body shape is incredible.. Haven't felt so strong ever. Thank u so much Sydney for all the low impact options, I m suffering from Plantar fasciitis and the pain is severe if I do any jumping cardio.. So these low impact ones have really helped me to still continue with cardio. My hubby he started following ur workouts now , though he dusnt do the lower body ones.. But all of us just love u Sydney.. My daughter Samaira is just 5 yrs old and she loves ur recovery day stretch workout. Loads of love to the entire team.. 😍🥰😘

Ive been excercising with you for 2 years and my but its the best it has been in my life!. Round tight my legs better defined..... the weight doesnt matter to me since i was 30. The secret is your purpouse and your main purpouse should be to stay healthy. I follow religiously your plans. I cant thank you enough!

Almost one year later, and still a great solid workout!! Thank you Sydney! I loved having 3 different exercises and 2 rounds for each muscle group, and cardio in between to keep that heart rate up 💪💪💓. Arms are all pumped up, love that intensity!

When Covid struck and the gyms closed, I needed some workout videos and I found yours. I have discovered that I like working out with you better than I like going to the gym. This was such a great work out. My arms are dead !! I love the add of cardio because i find that i usually don’t burn a lot of calories when i only do arms workout , so this is a great way to spend some energy while working out the upper body !!

WOW!! That was amazing! My arms are shaking and I feel great! Its a stat holiday in Canada and I didn't feel like getting out of bed and exercising..... but I did and I'm so happy! Although I do own a jumprope I don't have the space in my hme so instead I substituted my (unlit) fire poi and it worked great. Thanks so much Sydney!! Much appreciated :)

Syd- Your form talks at the end are great the last few days. I think a lot of people will find that helpful and it's a taste of what we squad peeps get lots of insight on as a perk of being in the squad.
I was dreading my 30min bike ride from work all day as I've been feeling exhausted but got home and pushed myself to do this workout. I surprised myself with the energy I actually had and managed to do my heaviest rounds and I didn't stop and cry during burpees, they actually felt good
It's been a tough couple weeks for me. Thank you Sydney for always being there! This workout kicked my butt and when you said you were "proud of us" it made me cry!

Yes stretching is very important. I have started adding a 20 minute stretch from Sydney's collection after each workout.

WOW!! That was amazing! My arms are shaking and I feel great! Its a stat holiday in Canada and I didn't feel like getting out of bed and exercising..... but I did and I'm so happy! Although I do own a jumprope I don't have the space in my hme so instead I substituted my (unlit) fire poi and it worked great. Thanks so much Sydney!! Much appreciated :)
Really fighting with my inner wish to stop when you, Sid count the left secs, and them you say "don't stop", "not today", or "finish strong" and I cannot argue with you and do it :)
Syd- Your form talks at the end are great the last few days. I think a lot of people will find that helpful and it's a taste of what we squad peeps get lots of insight on as a perk of being in the squad.

This was the first time I did a full burpee and I just wanna say thank you Sydney for pushing us everyday!
I was dreading my 30min bike ride from work all day as I've been feeling exhausted but got home and pushed myself to do this workout. I surprised myself with the energy I actually had and managed to do my heaviest rounds and I didn't stop and cry during burpees, they actually felt good
