I've struggled with my body and my body image my whole life. It wasn't until I started doing these workouts that I've forgotten to obsess over how I look and instead I am focused on being healthy and strong. Thank you, Sydney, for creating this healthy minded way of working out, and how to understand everyone's progress looks different. You've helped me not just with physical strength, but the strength to view myself as healthy and strong and to be proud of how far I've gotten.
Yes! Just remember that your body is an instrument to be used and NOT an ornament to be looked at. The healthier we are the more our bodies can DO for us what we want to do in life. Looks has NOTHING to do with it.

WHOA!! I burned 234 calories in 30 minutes! It normally takes 45 or 50 minutes for me to burn that much. This was intense, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the tabata style. I find the tabata workouts easier to "digest" because they're broken up into "smaller bites". Thanks, Sydney and Dustin! That was a great workout!!
Oh my! Bad day - school virtual, soccer canceled, college virtual. This workout was the last thing I wanted to do and this was exactly what I needed mentally. This 48 year old mom thanks you for the modifications, didn’t need them but I did it because I knew they were available. Totally effective. I’m happy and ready to face it! 💪🏻🙌🏻

It is seriously such a nice feeling to get a workout done before work. So when I come home, I can go for a walk, I can relax, I can play a video game, read a book, do a stretching video, and I don’t have to have that little voice in the back of my head “GET YOUR WORKOUT DONE!” Haha :) (Ps - I also love I can do these workouts even with a bad meniscus tear. I need 2 knee surgeries and I can still do these workouts. Thanks for low impact!)

I get tempted to skip a workout everyday. But I push myself and always end up so proud that my body got me through it. Plus, my mental health is SO MUCH BETTER when I work out! Thanks Sydney! Also thank you from my 3 kids and husband, because they get to be around a happier version of me
1st day of work at a school 6:30-2:30 hours and I still managed to get this workout in. My goal is to be able to get 30-60 min when I come home right away no time to be "tired" and unwind. Love the no equipment workouts since I don't have any other than a rope!!
My endurance is so much higher, 9 months ago I was always taking pre-workout before doing your workouts and for the past month I have cut that out, just to see if I could and I CRUSHED it. I've been working out with Sydney for 6 months and in the past month, I've lost a bit of motivation (not dedication, but motivation). I still show-up, but I don't have much energy. TODAY, though, I found it! I crushed it! I was so out of breath, but kept pushing. So grateful for Sydney, showing up everyday, regardless of my motivation that day.

Thank you so much Sydney. I’m crying writing this because although I’m at the beginning of my weight loss journey, you have given me a way to do it. I felt lost on how to work out (even though I’ve “worked out” my whole life), I’ve never known how to actually work out. I’ve been in such a depression about my weight that was triggered by a drunk girl calling me fat. I know that sounds ridiculous and I shouldn’t care, but it triggered me. And I should thank her for giving me the motivation. But most of my thanks goes to you. 🙏🏼 ❤️
Yes I'm proud! When I starts my fitness journey I could hardly move and always had to modify the moves. Now I can do them without modifying. (Most of them)😂
I'm finally doing a workout I've never done before. Yay! This was tough in a great way. The glute raises were the hardest for me. The balance required was tough, but I got it by the second round. My cardio has definitely improved because I was able to maintain my intensity throughout the workout. Breathing was key. I'm glad Sydney emphasized that at the beginning. I even had energy at the end to tack on a 15 minute full body weight workout from Sydney. Today was a great day!
I love the tabata format. Also I've had a hard time getting back into working out after the past few weeks. This was great to get back in and my mood is improved and my body feels much better. Thanks, Sydney!

Thank you so much Sydney. I’m crying writing this because although I’m at the beginning of my weight loss journey, you have given me a way to do it. I felt lost on how to work out (even though I’ve “worked out” my whole life), I’ve never known how to actually work out. I’ve been in such a depression about my weight that was triggered by a drunk girl calling me fat. I know that sounds ridiculous and I shouldn’t care, but it triggered me. And I should thank her for giving me the motivation. But most of my thanks goes to you. 🙏🏼 ❤️

Yes I'm proud! When I starts my fitness journey I could hardly move and always had to modify the moves. Now I can do them without modifying. (Most of them)😂

I'm finally doing a workout I've never done before. Yay! This was tough in a great way. The glute raises were the hardest for me. The balance required was tough, but I got it by the second round. My cardio has definitely improved because I was able to maintain my intensity throughout the workout. Breathing was key. I'm glad Sydney emphasized that at the beginning. I even had energy at the end to tack on a 15 minute full body weight workout from Sydney. Today was a great day!
I love the tabata format. Also I've had a hard time getting back into working out after the past few weeks. This was great to get back in and my mood is improved and my body feels much better. Thanks, Sydney!

I was super pumped that it was no equipment today. Our power is out and I didn't want to have to drag all my weights into the room that the generator powers!! Awesome sweat today😅
I swear you read my mind during the shuffle rope-pulls. In the middle of them I was telling my husband how fun they were because I imagined I was breaking things. Then you chime in and said you hoped they were fun and we can imagine anything we wanted. 🤣😂 Thanks Sydney!
