This was a great wo after the two strength WOs we did on Monday and Tuesday. My legs are still sore but I was able to use med/heavy resistance so I call that a win!
Excellent workout.. I started running about a year ago (5k runs) and I kept getting pain around the knee area after the runs. Bought some resistance-bands a few weeks ago and then found this video. Now I'm doing this workout 3 times a week and I run twice a week - and I'm pain free. Lindsay's great - keep smiling Lindsay! Love the workout - really feel the burn in circuits 6 and 7! Will try some of your other workouts too

My 3rd trimester modifications in circuit 6 - I did a normal clamshell with no lift, and no superman. I just kept doing the clamshells. Thanks for keeping me moving!

Another thought, it would be fantastic to have a week of work outs to take along when you travel. Short intervals, perhaps 20 minutes? More importantly, a week of work outs that include no equipment or just resistance bands. ❤❤❤

From 17:15 in circuit 5 your sense of direction is wrong. You are saying right foot and left hand but in reality vice versa. May be it's the mental pressure of making a video and doing exercises you started to sound oppositely.
Your workouts are fantastic. I do not understand why you do not have 100k watching. Bravo. At 66 here.
