For someone who is getting back into working out, it really pushed me. I WILL FEEL THIS LATER. How many times a week do you recommend this leg workout? I prefer focusing on arms or legs, so was happy to find this. I screwed up a few times on which side I was working. Transitions will improve as I get used to this. Thanks! BTW I'm a 63 yr old female.
I had a spinal cord injury years ago and it has left my legs, especially the left leg, weak. If I have been sitting for a while (like on a bus or train journey), my legs give way when I get off the bus/train if I’m not careful. Although I need to work on all of the muscles in my legs, what part of the legs does standing put on most strain/ need most strength?

one comment I'd like to make is the transition time between certain routines is too quick. You're almost scrambling to keep up with the timer between sets.
The depth squats at the end were the longest two minutes of my life!
