    2. Boxer Shuffle
    3. Arm Swings
    4. Alt Toe Touch Kicks
    5. Trunk Twists
    6. Reverse Lunges With Rotation - L
    7. Reverse Lunges With Rotation - R
    8. Good Mornings

    1. Sumo Squats
    2. RDL's
    Group 2:
    1. Depth Squat - L
    2. Depth Squat - R
    Group 3:
    1. Alt Lateral Lunges
    2. Glute Kickbacks - L
    3. Glute Kickbacks - R
    Group 4:
    1. Deadlifts
    2. Calf Raises / Power Hops
    3. Reverse Lunges L / R
    Cool-Down
    1. Piriformis Stretch - L
    2. Piriformis Stretch - R
    3. Butterfly
    4. Down Dog with Calf Stretch
    5. Hip Flexor - L
    6. Hip Flexor - R
    7. Hamstring Stretch

    Great workout thanks. My son David in England and me in New Zealand are doing the 30 day challenge. Because of the different time zones he does day 10 on day 10. I do day 10 on the 11th as we are ahead by a lot of hours!. Currently 7:45am 18°C. Have a great day.

    What’s the difference between depth alternating squats vs Reverse Lunges? They look the same to me
