Have been doing your workouts for about a week now and each new workout that I have tried has really kicked my butt. Thanks for the great workouts you put out.
Haven't been able to workout since the pandemic. I used to lift almost daily before the pandemic. I now found you guys! Wish I knew about you earlier. I am finally happy working out again! Thank you so much for these videos! I am writing this as I am sweating down my face from this awesome Leg and Abs workout. I will watch daily for these workout vids. So helpful, so much sweat and burning, and so much fun! Really appreciate this :)
followed it all I'm so proud of myself! Did the split squats without bands though as that was a bit hard for me. I will be re-doing this workout routine, thanks so much for sharing :)

For sure! Ive actually been talking with a PGA instructor about developing a golf specific training program. You could absolutely make a band program for any specific sport.
Does anyone have a good recommendation on how to begin doing the Russian twist? Right now I just tend to fall over with my feet in the air. So any suggestions on how to build the core strength for this would be appreciated
This was a good combo between abs and legs 🦵! Liked it, nope loved it ... I would have enjoyed a wee bit more if each set would have been at 45 seconds .... that’s just me 😀! Keep going guys ! Cheers
This workout is great! I love that your program is high energy, but the vibe isn't hyper feminine or masculine. (Not that there's anything wrong with that, it just isn't for me). It makes for a workout experience that's just really fun and inclusive, and I think that's dope.
Sorry, I practiced the ultimate sin yesterday... I did NOT wrap the band around my foot, and boy did I pay the price! Felt like a knock out blow from Mike Tyson himself, right to the chin. Lol never again. Always listen when he instructs you to wrap it for your safety. 😅

Awesome! Suggestion; Demo all exercises once at the beginning. Hard to keep up when you’re doing this for the first time.
I only do the bands workouts, but this is the hardest one and one of the best.
