    The format is fantastic! The timer on the side, visuals of seeing a pro vs an easier way of doing the same workout, the motivational talks, set intervals and the focus on specific areas. You have a winning formula right here!

    Since we are in total lockdown in London and have no gyms again for months , you are my saviour . More band workouts please Love them .

    Hey Guys! I have a request. Could you let us know what you are switching to when you change bands? Are you going lighter or heavier? It's hard to tell. I also find I cannot keep up with how quickly you transition from one position to another. Another few seconds in between would help. Thanks so much!

    This was good!
    Since o still consider myself to be a beginner I stuck with the lightest bands (10lbs) and i was able to get through the entire workout but still felt the burn! Im going to do this one weekly.

    Really appreciate these workout …. I tend to have a hard time with weights form ect …. These are perfect to tension teaches me when to breath and gets me looking super lean not bulky thank you 🙏 wish there were more gyms just catering to bands , I like your workouts better than my Pilates studio I pay 200$ a month for
    I really feel the muscle engage and tbe burn with these

    I love your workouts - big thanks for them. I notice you don't do any stretching before or after. Is this necessary do you think? And if it is, could you include the warm up and cool down in one of your fabulous videos?

    I thought this workout was a bit on the easy side. Twenty-two minutes later....I am glad it was over! (Get the resistance dialed in and it is NOT easy by any means!)

    This workout wrecked me...in a good way! Think I used a bit too much resistance for the intensity of the exercises but I loved it!

    What are the brand name of hooks that you have for your resistance bands, I could use several hooks in my homemade gym ??!!

      We got them on Amazon. They are Command hooks. I think they are Command Large Utility Hooks. There is 7 hooks to a pack for $9.99
