for anyone wondering - the workouts on this channel do help with gaining size if you eat enough. i’ve been doing this workout & another 30 minute upper body resistance band workout from this channel for a month ish swapping between the 2 each day, i try 5 days a week but sometimes i do miss some.. i’m trying to stop that, i have noticed some gains especially since i started having shakes for liquid calories

This routine is awesome. Due to the coronavirus, I can’t go to gym anymore but still want to build muscle and strength. This workout is perfect and I’ve been following this for my upper body day for a month now. Thank you for sharing this video and hope to see more coming out!

This workout dangerous! Prepare to see guns quickly! 💪🏽 lol.. jokes aside, this is a killer resistance band workout for upper body strength training. I’ve been told not to do the same workouts so my body doesn’t “get used” to a certain set of exercises, but I always come back to this video on arm day 🥴 this guy low key goofy too and I be cracking up while my arms going through hell

After watching (and performing) most of your RB workouts I really believe that this one is the toughest.
Is there a chance that you would make any new vids similar to this one? The fact that the exercises are being performed as 3 sets in a row makes it much more challenging (the channel has only a couple more vids in this method, most are supersets). Cheers.

This was my favourite of all your resistance band workouts. My muscles feel it today! I liked how I didn't have to switch up the bands like I have to do in supersets (I only have one set of handles). I would love a lower body destroying workout along the same lines as this one. Thanks for sharing!

this is great. ive gone over this particular video about 17 times since jan 1st 2021, (its now march 11th). im down from 13st 1 to 11st 12 too! however with this exercise - i can never get the energy to do the close grip pushups after the standard pushups - so i substituted that with ab exercises (which vary every time). i find it helps me a lot

What can you do instead of a push-up with a rotator cuff injury?
I like your work outs but they need like a 15 sec exercise preview (right after your intro would be good) to show us all the exercises to expect in this workout.
