Bought some resistance bands during lockdown and been doing your workouts every other day alternating them with Les Mills Body Combat. Lovely the band workouts and live the interaction between you two. Thanks Dave

Still lovin it, would really like a 7 day program. Just turned 60 today and I'm interested in high calorie burning, general fitness. Don't think I can build muscles anymore but keeping the flab down would be great.
Hey Tony, thanks for the comments! We are going to cook something up for you on that 7 day program. How many days off are you looking for? Also, what are you thinking for resistance training and cardio days? As far as building muscles goes, I think it might take a little longer but it’s totally doable. My dad is turning 58 this year and he can still put it on. You just have to stay after it!
@@ACHVPEAK I cycle to work (12 mile round trip) ok it's an electric bike but I have the gears bumped up to give maximum resistance so I get some cardio from that. For some reason I can never increase the strength in my arms. My press is pathetic. So if we could do something about that I would be grateful. Thanks for taking the time.
Killer workout. Wheeew, talkn' about sweating. I bet I sweat out a bucket of water. Lol. I love, love love these workouts. I'm in my 3rd week of I'm beginning to see results mostly in my upper body. Looking forward to tomorrows workout. Thanks to you both for the much needed motivation....🍒
Good workout. It would help if you would explain what a RDL actually is before you do it. I have done your workouts before and know it is a Romanian Dead Lift, but my daughter was doing this work out with me and had no clue what those letters meant.
Fantastic, I don't know if it's my imagination but I seem to get more burn here than I ever did in the gym. I would really like a structured 7 day program. I'm never very good at working out a good balanced routine. Any chance you could post something?
Thanks, if it was down to me I would train everyday but I know that is counter productive. Perhaps 2 days off wold be sensible I am combining your workouts with a 1/2 hour yoga session straight afterwards. I'm using the blue and red bands mostly at the moment, doubling up for the rowing and squats. @@ACHVPEAK
i really like having the warm up at the beginning. It reinforces the importance of being warmed up prior to heavier exercising. Thanks

I believe we just show the modified version during the workout if there is one for the exercise. They are brief though.
