thank you man , i made a workout plan based on your videos . monday is biceps and back , tuesday chest and triceps , wednesday day off , thursday abs and shoulders , friday is lower body dumbell and saturday is full body with dumbells and sunday off. already 4 months following you and my body changed a lot . I'm at planent fitness and they only have smith machines. No squat rack, no deadlift hex bars or even barbells. So I've been looking for ways to work my lower body in the gym. Your workout was great. My legs are jello haha and I'm sweating like crazy. You are a gr8 teacher and I appreciate your video. You have my sub brodie.

I'm 63 and have been rowing 2 years. Lost 20-25 lbs, I wanna lose 20 more this year so will be doing your 20 minute lower body and upper body alternating days after my rows and maybe trying some other ones when these 2 get boring.

Awesome for beginners! Easy to follow and challenging. I found the upper body one easier. Maybe need to up the dumbbells. But after this one my legs are EMPTY lol.

I am following this and upper body and let me tell you this, still sore from 2 days ago of the lower body, my first strength training and I am doing 6 reps instead of 8 and 60 second rests. so optimistic this is what is going to change my body.

Great stuff, thanks! Can I ask: is there any need for the exercises to be in this order? I only have one pair of adjustable dumbbells, so it's interrupting my flow to keep adjusting the weights in-between exercises. Would it be bad to do all the lighter ones in a row then all the heavier ones?
