    Sumo Squats: 1:00
    Plank Leg Lift 3:30
    Front Squat 6:00
    RDL's 8:30
    Glute Bridge 11:00
    Boxer Stance Squat 13:30
    Calf Raises 16:00
    Alt. Linear Lunge 18:30 (lighter weights)
    I dont remember all the exercises so ill just leave this here

    thank you man , i made a workout plan based on your videos . monday is biceps and back , tuesday chest and triceps , wednesday day off , thursday abs and shoulders , friday is lower body dumbell and saturday is full body with dumbells and sunday off. already 4 months following you and my body changed a lot . Biceps growing , chest growing , triceps growing :D Good job man thanks again

      Did you stick with this? I’m doing this aswell and literally started today. Ik I’m 3 years late but if u see this I could use the motivation to keep going. Ik results won’t happen overnight.

    thanks man, this is a great quick work out I can get in before work in the AM. The first time I only made to the glute raise, the Romainan dead lifts got me good. my hamstrings were definitely underutilized 😂😂😂 I felt them for 4 days afterwards. I'm a newbie again at 43yo lol lost 77lbs in the last year with just walking now time for the muscle.

      haha just did it for the first time myself and also only made it to the glute raises. Will keep at it though because his upper body workouts have done wonders for me. No more skipping leg days!

    Youve made a huge impact to my life quality. Im a 38 yr old out of shape male, but ive been doing these workputs for the last one month and already feel younger and healthier, almost addicted to it.

    Its amazing how someone ill probably never meet in person has had such an impact.
    Quick question
    I do the upper body workout as well (following your video)
    How frequently should i do these? Daily or alternate days?
    Or one day upper body, next day lower body? Or both on the same day everyday?

    I'm 63 and have been rowing 2 years. Lost 20-25 lbs, I wanna lose 20 more this year so will be doing your 20 minute lower body and upper body alternating days after my rows and maybe trying some other ones when these 2 get boring.
    Is this guy not part of your program anymore? Like his videos.

    I'm at planent fitness and they only have smith machines. No squat rack, no deadlift hex bars or even barbells. So I've been looking for ways to work my lower body in the gym. Your workout was great. My legs are jello haha and I'm sweating like crazy. You are a gr8 teacher and I appreciate your video. You have my sub brodie.

    Great stuff, thanks! Can I ask: is there any need for the exercises to be in this order? I only have one pair of adjustable dumbbells, so it's interrupting my flow to keep adjusting the weights in-between exercises. Would it be bad to do all the lighter ones in a row then all the heavier ones?

    I am following this and upper body and let me tell you this, still sore from 2 days ago of the lower body, my first strength training and I am doing 6 reps instead of 8 and 60 second rests. so optimistic this is what is going to change my body.

    Awesome for beginners! Easy to follow and challenging. I found the upper body one easier. Maybe need to up the dumbbells. But after this one my legs are EMPTY lol.

      I’m doing his upper body dumbbell 3 days a week and lower body 3 days alternating. How have the results been a month in?

      @@detpistons4l401 hello, i'm doing his upper body 4 times a week and lower body 1 time. I would recommend doing 2 days of lower body since leg day is normally 1-2 days a week. it's not supposed to be the same as upper body because otherwise over time you'll get bigger legs and smaller arms (not super small, still big but not as big as legs) and it'll be pretty wierd.

    Would this be good to pair up with your upper body 20 min workout? Or would it be better to do upper one day and lower the next and so on (beginner trying to lose just a little weight and build some muscle)
