thanks man, this is a great quick work out I can get in before work in the AM. The first time I only made to the glute raise, the Romainan dead lifts got me good. my hamstrings were definitely underutilized 😂😂😂 I felt them for 4 days afterwards. I'm a newbie again at 43yo lol lost 77lbs in the last year with just walking now time for the muscle.
haha just did it for the first time myself and also only made it to the glute raises. Will keep at it though because his upper body workouts have done wonders for me. No more skipping leg days!

Quick question I do the upper body workout as well (following your video) How frequently should i do these? Daily or alternate days? Or one day upper body, next day lower body? Or both on the same day everyday?

I'm at planent fitness and they only have smith machines. No squat rack, no deadlift hex bars or even barbells. So I've been looking for ways to work my lower body in the gym. Your workout was great. My legs are jello haha and I'm sweating like crazy. You are a gr8 teacher and I appreciate your video. You have my sub brodie.

I am following this and upper body and let me tell you this, still sore from 2 days ago of the lower body, my first strength training and I am doing 6 reps instead of 8 and 60 second rests. so optimistic this is what is going to change my body.
Same as another comment, combining upper and lower workout. Really work for me and helped me get over a running injury, calf feeling stronger and now back running.💪
Awesome for beginners! Easy to follow and challenging. I found the upper body one easier. Maybe need to up the dumbbells. But after this one my legs are EMPTY lol.
Just did this workout and your earlier one on upper body workout if I can’t do a couple of the excersize here could I do a couple from your earlier video or do you have a combination upper and lower body workout?
@@detpistons4l401 hello, i'm doing his upper body 4 times a week and lower body 1 time. I would recommend doing 2 days of lower body since leg day is normally 1-2 days a week. it's not supposed to be the same as upper body because otherwise over time you'll get bigger legs and smaller arms (not super small, still big but not as big as legs) and it'll be pretty wierd.
Would this be good to pair up with your upper body 20 min workout? Or would it be better to do upper one day and lower the next and so on (beginner trying to lose just a little weight and build some muscle)
