I bought a set of dumbells and you were the first youtuber I found giving instruction - and I've stuck with you ever since! Greetings from Germany. Recently started lifting weight to ease into menopause and the later life. I love your workouts and this one killed my shoulders and hands, but I enjoyed the burn. There were many new things that I learnt newly in this workout. Thank you for your efforts and good work.
I'm not ready for this one but I'll get there. I started with a 15 mins beginner full body workout and I've now progressed to a 20 full body no repeat workout. I'm really enjoying your workout. I'm definitely seeing changes in my physique, so thank you very much💪💪
Great workout! I like multiple sets for strength training and no repeat when it is cardio (especially because you love Burpees!). Great pace to this workout. I would like more cardio and sore, maybe Tabata style or superset, pyramids. Also, bring on more volume like this one or three sets. Thirty to forty minutes with warm-up and cooldown is my sweet spot.
