Great workout! I like multiple sets for strength training and no repeat when it is cardio (especially because you love Burpees!). Great pace to this workout. I would like more cardio and sore, maybe Tabata style or superset, pyramids. Also, bring on more volume like this one or three sets. Thirty to forty minutes with warm-up and cooldown is my sweet spot.
