    Anyways you could make a stretch video for your upper and lower back!? My lower back has been hurting here and there and after I stretch I feel better.

    As a women this is wonderful workout most men do a knee jerk movement when they do they're workout thank for being slower and methodical

    Do I lockout my elbow when doing the linear jammer?

      You don't have to. I will occasionally do it when I get tired and want a split second break. But I don't think it's typically recommended to lock out a joint when resistance training.
