Is bent over high pull with external rotation essentially a w-raise, but bent forward at the hips?
No w raise requires shoulder rotation upwards. Bent over high pull is strictly focused on the rear delt and only pulls the shoulders.
You know it was a great workout when I was screaming at my TV burning up haha. Shoulder press and shoulder matrix killed me. Thanks Haha
