    Love you guys. These videos helped me alot to loose the covidbelly! ^^
    Suggestion: could you please sort the videos into different playlists so its easier to find dumbell, resistance band or body parts depending on what we will do for a work out of the day. Lots of love from Sweden!

    Awesome workout! I’ve been doing your resistance band workouts for awhile now and I love how effective each workout is in just a short amount of time. This killed my shoulders, they feel like jelly. Thanks for the great content; definitely coming back for more. 😃

    Is bent over high pull with external rotation essentially a w-raise, but bent forward at the hips?

      No w raise requires shoulder rotation upwards. Bent over high pull is strictly focused on the rear delt and only pulls the shoulders.
