this was the cutest workout video of all time. I just fell in love with the channel. I watched the baby during the whole workout. Please, don't ever remove this video, my heart melted.
Great work out...the additional entertainment of the baby adds to the normality of the session....ordinary everyday people showing achievable goals....great videos
3rd time working out with yall and absolutely love the naturalness yall have!!!! I really like that yall change up quick. I dont get bored or burnt out.
I’ve been doing your other 20 min upper body dumbbell workout for beginners now for a few months, I still love it. But I saw this one and had to do it, and now I love this one! It’s a fantastic workout but the best part is your family, your child is ADORABLE lol when you did the lying tricep extension while holding your child I was laughing so much, this video is TOO ENTERTAINING to be a workout lol. I subscribed and I’m looking forward to enjoying more workouts with ACHV PEAK, you guys are great!
Really good workouts! started in lockdown and trying to keep it going full time now thanks for the great video your baby is super cute and really like how laid back chill you all are together all the best for you family :)
This is hands down the best workout channel I've ever seen! Dude's a little corny at times, but he's a dad so dad jokes! :-) One recommendation - having kids of my own, always makes me nervous to see a baby in the same room as where weights are being swung around...keep up the great work!
What a great workout! Just the care you have for your kid adds a huge human aspect. Sometimes workout instructors seem like a different breed, away from concerns of day to day but you guys show that exercise is just one part of a complete lifestyle!
Sir which excersise i do to for chest arm legs shoulder because in the playlist there are many videos for that but if i want high resistance workout which videos i will follow?
I first came across this channel looking for band workouts while traveling and your dumbbell workouts are just as awesome! Thank you for keeping me motivated to get stronger!
Wow total upper body burn out! Love your style old school weight lifting! Love the triceps extensions with your baby! Priceless! Thanks for the burn! I workout with you guys at least 3 to 4 times a week lots of variety!
This workout and few of your others are short and sweet, but effective. I'm 64 and the shorter workouts do the job without wearing me totally out. Thanks!
Hi guys, greetings from the UK. Thanks for all the great workouts keeping me going during Covid Lockdown 2 here in England. Found the lying tricep extensions hard. My baby is 6ft 2 and weighs more than me!
Hello there , my name is George and I am 58 yrs old and a former cage fighter and often appeared on impact wrestling I haven;t exercised for a while due to over weight problems . just today I followed your programs I did the 20 minute workout this morning and finished the day with the 25 minute workouts I loved it I am using 10 pound Dumbbells I hope to succeed and keep exercising until the end of this year , I am going try two or three workout sessions . please reply.
Heck yeah George! Keep us updated on working out until the end of the year. We want to know how it goes and see what results you’ve made. Let us know if you have any questions.
Been doing your band exercises and now the weights from my home. Enjoying it quite a lot. Keep up the good work. I'm 64, got to watch my lower back so conservative on the bands and weights but still sweating and by the end of the bands am breathing heavy. Use these videos every 2nd day (and sometimes 2 days on, 1 day off, love it). Love seeing your son integrated into the exercise video. So cute! Any tips on avoiding back troubles with respect to theses exercises (i.e. modifying or avoiding some) would be appreciated. Am a tennis nut so for my lower body have been avoiding weights, and working more on stretching and swimming to get the knees ready for a little summer tennis.
We are stoked you enjoy the workouts! In respect to keeping your back strong do you have any pre-existing conditions or previous injuries that still bother you? What are you doing to strengthen your back currently. Do you perform any abdominal training to support your entire core? A lot of times low back issues are created from lack of strength and or stability of the entire core (not just the back muscles) as well as a lack of flexibility or mobility in that region as well. As for tips on avoiding back troubles I would say any movements that are bent over you can probably do seated as well. Always try to keep your back nice and straight with your chest pushed out to avoid your back getting wobbly and hunching over. I see this happen a lot when lifters are squatting. If you keep your head up and eyes on a wall where it meets the ceiling with chest pushed out it should force your back into a stable arched and locked position. Looking down allowed your back to bend so avoid that if possible. Are your knees bothering you currently or do they bother you after performing lower body resistance training? If not I would suggest performing some strength and conditioning training to keep your muscles, joints, and tendons strong and healthy. The added load will keep them strong and build them up. I am a huge volleyball player and have delt with Tendonitis for a while. I like to perform squats (even body weight) with my heels elevated to activate the patellar tendon to keep it strong. Also, if your looking to improve agility and balance you should check out some of our cardio mix up videos. We have some moves that would be great for improving reaction time in tennis cutting back and forth laterally. Just start with a few minutes of leg work and listen to your knees and you should be in great shape!
ACHV PEAK Thanks for your reply and tips. I will follow up on that. With the exercises that I have been doing from my physiotherapist, biking and swimming my knees have improved pretty dramatically to my surprise. For tennis I now have braces that push my bow legged knees inward so more more weight on the outside cartilage which is more normal and less on the nearly gone cartilage on the inside. Alas I didn’t realize that my bad knees were protecting my legs. By that I mean I wasn’t running much. As I could now run I overdid it running for some drop shots and strained my Achilles, in particular my left one. I can bike and swim now but forget tennis and unfortunately walking my than a few hundred yards. Bummer. Working on fixing that, alas it takes time and rest. With respect to my back it’s in the best shape in a long time in part I think the exercises I’ve been doing including some I found on the web. When my back has bothered me it has been the lower left side. I do think appropriate strengthening exercises and some stretching will help a lot. Serving is probably a strain for the back particularly the kick serve because you toss the ball over your head which forces more stress in the back. Look forward to getting back to tennis when the Achilles improves. I will send you the link to the back exercises I have been doing. Thanks for your response. Much appreciated.
ACHV PEAK Here is the link to back exercise that I believe helped me: ruclips.net/video/x_WJ5cotyfE/видео.html All the best. We are celebrating Canada here. Have a happy 4th of July! May your troubled nation find a way to more peaceful cooperative times within the country and with the world.
I love your videos! I work out with you guys 4 times a week. Your videos are great for someone like me who doesn't have much experience with weight lifting and is a bit rusty. Thank you. I hope you guys get more recognition!
Your training exercises are quite interesting , unfortunately you never mentioned the kilos lifted . Does that mean you can do with whatever weight you can pick up .? Thanks .
Nice workout.... good burn. My only recommendation is that you throw in a warm up routine first up OR at least recommend one to your audience before they lift weights so they dont hurt themselves. Most will be amateurs and could hurt themselves. I noticed that you were jumping into lifting and paused, did my warm up and hit start button. BTW, I did smash the like button and looking forward to more.
I had a tough time finding a weights only routine, most were cardio & or body weight only. Minuses with this are no mention of your weight sizes & thumbnail of upcoming routine.
How could u leave the baby around when u are lifting weights . In GYMS kids under 16 are not allowed. Your baby, I know but it is a kind of distraction. Like your workout but not this.
The baby was the best part! Added a nice dose of reality to the workout. Thanks.
When I look away from the screen I swear Bill Paxton is training me.. Love it! Thanks for great workout.
I love you guys ❤❤❤
this was the cutest workout video of all time. I just fell in love with the channel. I watched the baby during the whole workout. Please, don't ever remove this video, my heart melted.
You guys rule!! You're also helpings us be better parents
Excercise with very happy family. Nice to see all of you.
Great work out...the additional entertainment of the baby adds to the normality of the session....ordinary everyday people showing achievable goals....great videos
Good class. Baby didn’t distract. Actually was motivating
Love this and the humor. Some exercise videos are so serious. By chance, could you add more shoulder exercises? Thanks!
i agree, these workout videos leaves me worked out and smiling because of the fun.
The best work out i have ever had coasch ,your son is the best of the best ,to his daddy steps !!!! Thank you coach !!!!

Hahsha I enjoy this workout. Baby is so adorable ❤️❤️
These are the best work-out videos I've found. I've just done two back to back.
This is hands down the best workout channel I've ever seen! Dude's a little corny at times, but he's a dad so dad jokes! :-) One recommendation - having kids of my own, always makes me nervous to see a baby in the same room as where weights are being swung around...keep up the great work!
Oh my god that baby laughter was INFECTIOUS ❤️❤️
What a great workout! Just the care you have for your kid adds a huge human aspect. Sometimes workout instructors seem like a different breed, away from concerns of day to day but you guys show that exercise is just one part of a complete lifestyle!

This workout and few of your others are short and sweet, but effective. I'm 64 and the shorter workouts do the job without wearing me totally out. Thanks!
Another awesome workout! Arms are once again shaking!
The baby alone gives this a thumbs up. You killed me today though. 😩 Great workout!
Great workouts guys!!! Keep em coming! The band workouts are great for when I’m on the road and the dumbbell workouts are great when I’m home!
Thank you Joe. We are happy we can help in both situations!

Thank you so much Jess. Are you doing only DBs? We are coming out with a new one soon.
ACHV PEAK I use DB’s, the bands.. kettlebells. Great can’t wait for the new video!
You got it all huh? We have been looking at getting a few kettle bells for the home gym. Just haven’t bit the bullet and bought them.
Going to try this later when my kid gets back. She's having the worst congestion abd and tends to blow too hard. Hope this will loosen the mucus.
The little guy was having a great time
Thanks for the great workout! Cute lil family too😊
omg..this is the cutest video ever!!
Thank you Cheryl
Thank you guys! Loving the videos.
Love it
I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but you need to start selling shirts that say, "Good. Controlled. Movements."
Or “let’s get to work!”
Where can i find a baby for the baby's extension 😂😂😍 may god bless all of u, great workout #feelingTheBurrrrn
Nice 💪💪💪💪💪❤❤
great workouts. A little weird, but we got a great laugh out of the baby trainer! How cute!
Your training exercises are quite interesting , unfortunately you never mentioned the kilos lifted . Does that mean you can do with whatever weight you can pick up .?
Thanks .
Nice family.
I love u guys
best part of this video is the baby laughing!!
Thanks for giving a short preview of the exercise before actually doing it.

I love that kid ❤❤
Is it safe to do this workout twice a day?
Thank you very much for your excellent work out 🙏and you have a very cute little one 😍
How much does ur dumbell weigh
I'm 69 and go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week should I do the same video everytime or a different one.
Love from India😘 ❤️
Happy to have you with us!
Is this workout effective if I don't have baby?
D+
my arms were jello after this! good workout though!! just what i needed!!
Nothing better than a set of jello arms after a workout! That’s great.
"He's tryna gain celebrity status" lol
Your baby's first word is gonna be "SQUEEEZE!"
I have spaghetti arms now after this!
Baby security??? What if just sth accidentally drops?
Personally I wouldn’t take that risk.
I had a tough time finding a weights only routine, most were cardio & or body weight only. Minuses with this are no mention of your weight sizes & thumbnail of upcoming routine.
Thanks for the feedback, Sylvia. In the future we may put the thumbnail up as you suggest, a few others have mentioned this as well. Thank again.
Cutest workout ever
It's too bad for me, because this is a great workout. And although I love babies, I have an averse reaction to the sound of a baby crying.
Enjoy your workout videos but perhaps do them when your son is napping it's a bit annoying when your kid is in the way
Cute baby..
babyweight best weight
cute child
Quite dangerous for the baby. That’s why they’re called accidents.
Dangerous. If you fall weights on the baby...
bruh , now this guy is bald
How could u leave the baby around when u are lifting weights . In GYMS kids under 16 are not allowed. Your baby, I know but it is a kind of distraction. Like your workout but not this.
i actually followed 2 of your video. Im sorry and
i dont want to be rude but your kid is distracting me. I unfollowed.
Great workout Thanks
Thanks and You're welcome!
