This was the third video I've worked out to this week. I started a new job a couple weeks ago where I don't have to get up nearly as early to hit the road, so this week I still got up early and decided to start exercising again. Being 44 and a little out of shape, I decided to ease back into it so I don't hurt myself. Your workouts that I started with have been great for that and I look forward to stepping it up and adding more of them to my weekly plans. Thanks for making it easy to follow along and still challenging.

This is the second workout by ACHV Peak that I have followed. Both have been excellent. No overly long introduction; great combination of workouts and sets; and good narration throughout (both explaining the exercise and variations; and just general chatter to keep things engaging). Looking forward to doing the next one.

Is there any pulse type workouts?! Or isometrics built into it?! I should likely check out your paid content now...I think I've done nearly all the free ones! 😂 Minus bands...I've been avoiding even though I own a set of them...I know you have workouts but, is there an actual tutorial we can do prior to the workout?! Sizing them properly & what sensations to avoid etc?
I don't know if we have any pulse style or isometrics. I think we might have one that has something like that but I couldn't tell you what video as this point. Also, sometime in 2020 I think I made a video on how to choose the right resistance band and some tips on getting started.
