Core! My workout routine solely consists of around 15 of your videos from 2 yrs go + a solid dumbbell one I do every Monday from 5 yrs ago. Looks like I should be adding in more of your new ones! This was great and the production value seems to have rocketed with the different locations and handy 'up-next' window. Bet that saves you some breath on the first round of each set
