I am a beginner and I like what you have here. I am going to try to start working out I am pretty skinny and almost underweight on BMI scale. This looks doable for me. I just want to get in shape and I think this well help me prepare for larger workouts in the future.

I miss the longer 30+ minutes sessions with 3-4 sets focusing more on strength training. Do you ever plan on going back to that style, or now that you're "mobile" is that option off the table? For now I'm just going back to your old videos. Take care

20-25 minute full body workouts are my style. I've been doing your workouts for a year now and stacked 15 pounds of muscle on my skinny frame.
