Hey man , I'm 61 and just finished 3 years of treatment for prostrate cancer , also about 12 weeks ago was diagnosed as borderline diabetic , so , I thought I need to change as I know I was way over weight , so any way bought some dumbbells, a bench , an exercise bike, started walking every day totally changed my diet and in 11 weeks I've lost 28lbs !! My point is , as I do all this on my own , I needed something to keep me motivated , and with this workout and video I think I've found what I'm looking for !! As I got to the end though I started struggling a bit but really tried , to the point I was tearing up cos I was hurting a bit , but hey I got there !! My point is if anyone reads this , if you haven't got your health and fitness you really haven't got anything , trust me I know ...keep the faith everyone and keep safe . God bless you 👍

I’ve been on this routine for 2 weeks, week 1 I did it 3 times. 1st time I couldn’t complete without extended breaks toward the end. 2nd time I completed it and was pleased 3rd it was slightly easier Since the weekend I’ve done it twice. Last night I increased my weights by 25% switching out 25lb’s and 15’s when doing the kickbacks and lateral raises. I’m still pretty green to the gym but I’m giving it a lot of effort and am atleast a little validated by noticing the ease in which I’m completing the routine and the ability to increase my payload last night. I’m 6’ 1” and 179lb so I’m not certain how heavy I “should” be lifting during these but I’m hoping I’m on the right track. Thanks for the video! You guys are great! Goodluck everyone!
Great workout. Could you keep the standing exercises together and the floor exercises together. Otherwise I have to keep moving my iPad and I lose momentum. Thanks.
Thank you guys so much I started out with the resistance bands found your videos and 💥 started seeing results. Now I’ve graduated to the dumbbell videos and love the results. Love how you guys explain the exercise and show an example and the different techniques 🙌🏽🦾🌟👌🏽

The way I audibly groaned when I realized there were abs at the end man yall are trying to kill me!! Ahahaha Love these they have kept me moving through the pandemic and helped me recover through nerve damage in my arm.
I have been following the "upper body dumbbells workout for beginners" for some time now and I have seen great positive changes on my upper body. Thanks for putting this out. However, I have a request if you can make a video for the warm exercise we need to do before getting on to this upper body workouts. I am gonna try this new routine from today. Stay strong! 🦾💪
I'm trying to learn how to use weights to do a proper workout. I started walking a few years ago and at first, it took me 30 minutes to go one mile. However, now I can easily do 5 miles in 80 minutes. The weight was coming off but then it stopped. I wasn't gaining but I wasn't losing any more weight. So a friend suggested that I need to use weights. I'm 60, I walk 6 days a week. I enjoyed this workout but I have two questions and I hope they don't seem dumb. 1) Why did Jen do pushups on the chest press, should women not do this exercise with weights or should women do pushups? 2) I used two 5 pounds weights, is that okay? I enjoyed the workout and watching the two of you showed me things I was doing incorrectly. Thanks again.

You definitely can do these but since you are a biginner ,start with light dumbbell for a while then slowly work your way up to heavier ones. You would know when you are ready to change them to heavier ones. you will definitely get stronger if you are persistent. Hope that helps
I love the workout but I will say you get more from your weights if you don't use momentum. Alot of these movements you are only getting some of the benefit because of the momentum you are using.
I want to say " thanks." This workout video transformed my arms. I have been doing it for over 6 months very consistent. Every other day. I look amazing!! I am trying to find a nice workout video for lower body .
For the past 2 months, I have been doing your DB HIIT trainings 4 days a week (Full body, Pull, Push, Legs) in addition to Cardio (twice a week). But still I haven't been able to lose much weight ☹️. What should I improve/change?
Weight Loss is in the kitchen and health is in the gym. While it's easier to lose weight when you have muscles as you burn more by just existing, it doesn't mean anything if you don't have a caloric deficit.

If you're not losing weight it's probably a nutrition thing. You need to be taking in less calories than you burn.
