You’re probably an introvert! The best way I have seen it said is that an introvert can really enjoy social interaction, but they have a limit and need to decompress after, because even though they enjoy socializing, it’s also draining. An extrovert might really enjoy being alone sometimes, but too much alone time is draining for them, and they might need to go out to decompress. So, introverts can, and usually do, enjoy being around people sometimes, it’s just overwhelming and we need our quiet/alone time to recover!
just to confuse things further you can also be both! Usually you err towards one over the other but you can also be solidly in the middle. Like me, I'm definitely both but I fluctuate between the two.

Hi from Tokyo! It's true that there's not much public trash cans out in the city, but ppl in stores will usually take your trash if it's something that you bought from that store. (empty wrappers etc) Thank you for being so mindful on your trip❤

Honestly though I’ve watch a lot of RUclipsrs who live or visit Japan and the themed cafes are awful. Food is mid and too expensive I guess, so she probably isn’t missing anything lol

I don’t normally comment on videos, but you saying you get disturbed by claymation made me audibly gasp because I get SO DISTURBED by it too and haven’t met anyone else who has the same reaction to it yet! I especially HATED Chicken Run as a kid. Holy moly- THE WORST. Thanks for sharing that. I definitely relate!!

i love pompompurin 💛 Pompompurin cafe was literally the highlight of my japan trip!
I might be wrong but if I remember correctly the reason there are so few public trash cans in japan is because in the past there were problems with bombs being hidden in them so many where removed in the 90s.
It was poison gas in 95! This is honestly how America should deal with this type of stuff, as an American we need to fix problems like this

In college I had a professor who assigned us personality tests, and one of the points of the assignments was explaining the people fall somewhere in two axises. Think introvert to extrovert on an X-axis and shy to outgoing on a Y-axis. For example, can enjoy and seek out social interactions but if you find that you have a need to recharge alone or only with those closest to you (family, spouse, etc.) then you may be an outgoing introvert!! That’s actually where I fell and I thought it made a lot of sense.
To simplify it, there are also ambiverts, pretty much being between introverted and extroverted! Fun stuff 😊 like this video!
Hi Mia. I'm a loooong time resident of Japan but unfortunately I find myself housebound due to my health. Since my days of exploring and trying new things are long gone, it's really fun to see what you do when you visit. OMG, I’m so glad I’m not the only one that feels that way about claymation videos and certain cartoonish movies. 😂 I don’t know how to explain it! But there are certain movies (especially) and sometimes songs too that creep me out like that and I can’t watch it. I can’t explain it other than high amounts of anxiety 😂 Happy I’m not the only one. I just thought I was weird 😜🤪

an introvert just means that you need to recharge by being alone. doesn't mean that you dislike human interaction. if bring in large groups give you energy, you're an extrovert.
Of course, there's like different types of introverts too. Social, restrained, thinking and anxious introverts. personally I think everyone has a certain degree in every type.

i’m in japan rn, garbage cans are pretty easy to find because 7 elevens are everywhere, just go in and they’ll have them, also the strawberry sugar is a korean treat called tanghulu!

I can’t believe how expensive the cotton candy was. My Dad used to own his own business making and selling cotton candy. The reason he chose cotton candy for his business was because it’s the absolute cheapest street food. I understand they have to pay rent for the shop but still that’s ridiculously overpriced.
I know what Mia was discussing. When I walked through Universal Orlando (I think that I was at The Simpsons section near a bank of cell phone chargers), I began feeling very odd as if I had consumed a gallon of Expresso. The nervous "jangly" feeling left as soon as I moved to another part of the park. The music was intense, but there was music all over the park so I am not sure of the cause. Whatever it was, it was not something that I ate or drank. I have only been to Japan once, but seeing these videos brings back good memories. Hope there are more to come.
I’m also an introverted extrovert and love automated no human ordering/check out. I will wait in line for self check out even if a cashier is open with no line.

I'm dying knowing that Pompompurn was giving you Chicken Run vibes! I went to the Cinnamoroll Cafe in Osaka and it was less aggressive with the music.
But girl those candy strawberries are SO good. We stayed in Asakusa and I would get one everytime I walked past this one food stand (so like, out of 2 weeks I probably had 4 a week LOL). Japan really does make food so so fun and yummy!

Ahhh! I wanted to eat one of those cotton candy pyramids so bad when we were in Japan! My husband talked me out of it though. Mostly because they were so huge and he wasn't going to help me eat any of it. We loved the candy coated grapes!

Thats true in Algeria as well. There are far less food places to visit, but even little food stands at the gas station where they only sell fries, its considered rude to go outside to eat. Because its like you are rubbing it in the face of the people who can't afford to eat.
I actuallt laughed when my husband (the actual Algerian) took me to the "American style pizza" pizza stand 😂 It was so much better than American pizza and I tried to explain to him in America most food places, even places with "fresh food" still use mostly preprepared ingredients. Its very rare to see a dough made from scratch, then rolled into a pizza (or spun) and then used right there when you order it.
OMG MIA! I have never met another person who is just as creeped out by claymation as I am! I get a lot of confused reactions because Nightmare Before Christmas is usually people's favorite movie.
But Chicken Run specifically traumatized me and I cannot deal with claymation because of it. Coraline didn't help either but I can't help feeling nauseous whenever one comes on 😭
