Welcome back. Hope you are feeling well. I think you should include more of a warm up and cool down at the beginning and end of your videos. It’s not good for all people to just start and stop like that before and after videos (blood pooling etc.).

I have taken Body Combat classes forever now and it is just too rough on my body after so many years. I miss the class as it is quite addicting and this is a great alternative. I've started doing thirty to forty minutes of routines a day. It's easy to get motivated, no muss no fuss. I'm using lighthand weights to get additional is additional impact. These are very friendly and fun and easy to maintain. I'm a fan!
My knee was good this morning so I decided to do this new one. FANTASTIC!!! And it wasn't challenging to my knee at all 🤩 Rick, thank you once again for another AMAZING workout!!! 😍♥️

Just completed the workout. I enjoyed the combat style, but I didn't like the repetitiveness too much. Would have been good to move onto a different move set to keep it interesting! Hopefully more to come in the future 😊
that was an INCREDIBLE workout!!! Thank you so much for this workout. I love, love, love it!!! I love doing kickboxing workouts, but I have knee, shoulder, wrist and sometimes elbow issues so it is not in my best interest to punch bags. This was a great workout also because it is gentle on the knees. The kicks in kickboxing are a no-no for me as well. Thank you so much for this workout. I am not on Facebook, otherwise I would join your group so RUclips is the only place I can view. This workout wore me out in a good way. Thank you thank you!
I am choreographically challenged, so I don’t come back to you that often. Dancing steps aren’t that easy for me, but this was GREAT! You stacked it like a pyramid so we could keep laying the same foundation and it became easy - and fun! - to do. Thank you!.
Weirdly specific comment here, but THANK YOU for the suggestion to sit back on your heels during the last combo. Through the whole body combat program, my calves were always burning like crazy through that combo, and I couldn't figure out why, so that suggestion was a game changer! 😂

Oh i have only been doing these with Rick for two weeks and I’m loving it I’m 71 years old now and I have lost 8st and at my goal for over 8 years now I have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and I was in a wheelchair before my WW journey Loving Ricks Christmas workouts also thank you Rick
