In today's video, we're going to be doing a standing boxing abs workout that not only helps you burn calories but is also a ton of fun! I've got an incredible fun standing boxing abs workout planned for you all, which will have your muscles screaming in no time.
Our 15 min standing abs workout is perfect for both beginners and advanced trainees. As a standing abs workout beginner, you might find some of the moves challenging initially, but don't worry, I'll guide you through every step.
We're taking a twist on the usual ab workouts and incorporating some walking exercise for weight loss. We'll mix in some 'walk at home' segments in between the standing abs exercises, to give our core a little breather while still keeping our heart rate up.
I know boxing can seem intimidating, but I promise you it's a lot of fun, especially when it's a boxing abs workout. You can do this boxing abs workout at home, no equipment required. We will focus on boxing abs training, which will help improve your stamina and overall core strength.

I absolutely love these low impact work outs that I can do at home because I'm severe overweight and feel ashame to go to the gym. This way I can work towards my goal to get healthier in the comfort of my own home with only my kids around😊 Many thanks from the Netherlands!

I wish you didn’t feel that way but I understand- I’m pretty well in shape after 3 years walking etc.. but even I feel embarrassed when I visit the old HS gym here that was shut down and is now open for locals to use the equipment, but when they come in dressed to kill with every nook & crack showing of their sacred body its is embarrassing to me as well. Hang in there. It takes time to undo all the BS we’ve been forced to eat as well as the BS we feel we must compete with. We should all teach our children to do better.

i feel the same way! i am obese n i find that the ppl at the gym will stare n judge my body when i enter. i started getfitwithrick’s home workouts 4 months ago and i have lost 14kgs! its even more effective than going to the gym walking on the treadmill. of course i pair it with resistance training too.

I am new to your channel and 60 yrs. old. I weigh 110 lbs. yet still have back pain issues. Last week I could barely do anything without pain and figured it was a weak core issue. I have never been able to do core strengthening on the floor because it irritating my back so I had to find a standing core workout. I feel stronger after only doing this for 3 days. I am able to stand up straight instead of arching my back and feel better overall. I appreciate the simple movements and the variety of different lengths of time per workout. Thank you.

I just need to tell you, I LOVE these body combat videos. Please consider making more. I used to love kickboxing, but after a nasty car accident a few years ago, I have a bad knee and cannot jump consistently without hurting myself. These workouts are accessible, buildable, and super effective. Thank you so much for what you do!

I usually do the speed workouts and sweat alot but I found shaking it up with a slower, standing abs workout makes me sweat AND concentrate on the targeted areas! Love it!

I travel a lot and sometimes I check into a hotel and don't have time to go for a walk and theri equip is garbage, this is a great quick hotel work out and you don't waist no time about it. Loved that

I usually hate gym-type exercise, but I love this. Started with the 10 min Standing Abs Walking Workout and graduated to this after a couple of days. Feeling so much better - more energy, better shape, much less back pain and, as a bonus, my psoriasis is receding. Thanks Rick for putting the fun back.

This look amazing fast and quick which I love fast. Gong to make this my workout tomorrow feet will probably be all over the place as not been able to do my workouts for a week as had my grandson to look after due to daughter in law being poorly but can't wait to get back on to Rick's workout. I have done over 19 miles of bike riding this weekend 😅to try and make up for not being able to follow Rick.

Very much looking forward to this for sure! Rick has completely changed the way I approach exercise, from "eh, it's a necessary kind of pain" to "whoa, you don't need pain to sweat and feel that rush", and I now do 3 workouts a day (sometimes 4) instead of 1 or 2 at most.
A question/potential request though: is it physically possible to have a knee friendly, low impact walking workout typical of Rick's but focused on the legs and thighs (inner and outer)? The workouts I used to do were predictably heavy on squats, cursty lunges etc, but my knee decided it wasn't having it anymore, absolutely not. So it is just an entirely unrealistic dream or can it be done?? Because if you had one, you'd be an absolute legend :)

Definately check out my 12 week program, the concept was designed about creating full body workouts that included full body strengthening without compromising the joints. Before I created it I did my research and same as you, couldn't find one workout that didn't include lunges, squats or pushups.
