    I've been doing your workout videos for almost four years, and have loved them! I've lost over 50 lbs, with your help! (For someone that's only 5" tall, that's a lot of weight! I've gone from 157.7 to 105.7... It's never too late! I'm 67 years old. 😊

    This is the PERFECT workout! I had my hip replacement in December, and m waiting for the surgery on the other one. It is supposed to happen between now and January. So my mobility is nit at it's greatest. This made me feel great!

    This is gonna be my new staple! It's just the perfect amount of intensity, and feels so varied and exhaustive.
    Now if you could have a workout for those of us who really struggle in the morning (I have extremely low energy for several hours after getting up) with an intensity just between your super chill workout before bed and your regular walking workouts, I'd be forever grateful!!

    I too am struggling - I have bad knees and a busted hip joint that cant't be fixed until the late fall due to my work...so frustrating! I was much fitter 2 years ago, and I am trying desparately not to lose all hope. My weight has not gone down (plateau) and it seems no matter what I do, nothing helps. So, I too am grateful for YOU Rick. You're so positive and inspirational and you're vibe is truly amazing! I can adjust the movements, it's great not to have to jump to see results.     The time flew by. Normally I watch a clock willing it to go down. Didn't need to today. I'm 73 and decided I needed to up my fitness levels 3 weeks ago. I may not have quite kept up at times, but I got there! I'm now quietly glowing on the sofa in front of the fan and have my water beside me. Thanks bud!

    I tried two other low impact knee friendly videos today from different channels to see how they compared to yours and was so bored to tears I almost cried. As soon as I started this workout again I cheered up and enjoyed my exercises. I explored some of your other videos but I just love this one (especially the combination workouts.) You always keep things interesting and NEVER BORING!!! This is vital! Thanks again for helping all of us to improve our health. 😊

    I am overweight and have knee pain but I can do your videos because they do not involve jumping or floor work. I like the way you talk through the videos as it is a distraction for how long and how hard I am working out. Sly, but it works and I love it!!! I did not think I would make the 30 mins but I did. You're the best!!!

    Your videos are a breath of fresh air especially because of the 30 second workouts and then 15 seconds rest. That is the reason why I like your videos. You said something in this video like 'if you don't enjoy exercising then you won't look forward to it' which is so true. I have been looking forward to doing your workouts because you keep it interesting which is why ppl come back. My joints were creaking and cracking but I pushed on as I need to move more. Looking forward to trying out ALL of your videos.

    There are a number of videos I've tried to follow and exercise with but I do get bored and tired half way and would stop without even a sweat but not Rick.. His videos give me results. I lost 1 kg in a week

    I'm coming back to comment after a few weeks (and a short break after hurting my back) and this is most definitely my new daily favourite! Even if it's the only workout I do in the evening, it makes me feel so accomplished to know I've exercised for a whole 30 minutes!! I just know I won't hurt myself doing it, and I can also make it a bit more challenging with 1 pound hand weights (I wish I could use my 2 pound weights, but I have the upper body strength of a lemon 😂)

    In this workout you asked us to compliment someone- I pick you! I SO VERY much appreciate the free workouts you offer on RUclips. I am on a fixed income so I am so happy these are doable for me from a financial standpoint. I also like the level of activity- low impact, but still a good workout. I need this as I am 70+ yo and post 2 knee replacements. There is a lot of variety to keep it interesting, but also the different lengths make each day workable. Some days it is 10 min. and some are 30+ minutes. Your positive encouragement is very motivation!
    At my age my motto is “Just keep moving”. With your help I feel and move much better now. Thank you!!!

    Hi Rick, I have been meaning to share with you, so here goes. I'm going woowoo on you to say my Mars is in Pisces. This is detrimental. Why? Mars is energy. Pisces is fluid and flexible, relax and bury yourself. You stated the more you do the more you'll like doing. (Not an exact quote, forgive me) I don't like exercise, never have, never will. What I do like is being finished w a session. That is my motivation along w staying off antidepressants. Yes, exercise is my antidepressant and moving my body places me in a better mood, better frame of mind. Now, the compliments, I LOVED this workout. I'm 67 and need low impact. I was sweaty and did increase my heartrate without hurting myself. I want to say thanks for your commitment, dedication, and time in creating these workouts. Placing them on RUclips fits my limited income budget. YOUR energy is contagious! One more thing, I am jealous you can speak and exercise at the same time. Looking forward to more sessions with you.     Thank you Rick! I love these workouts and your positive energy. I have been recovering from a severe ankle break that happened at the end of last year. Until I found your videos I had been struggling to find a good cardio workout that I enjoyed and would not put too much pressure on my joint but would help me get my legs moving again.

    I just finished this 30 minutes workout. Variety of forms and it was fun. 30 minutes went so fast! Breathing hard but I completed. Please continue to post 30 minutes workout like this. I feel so great now. Your encouraging messages during the workout just motivate me to keep working hard. It must be hard to talk and workout at the same time but your messages are helping us not to quit in the middle of 30 minutes workout. I will challenge 1 hour video of yours someday.     Thank you for these workouts and making it so easy to work out even when traveling. I just had to spend 3 nights in a hotel and even after driving 12 hours was able to fit in my steps. You make it fun and simple without the need for a lot of space, and I felt so much better not missing my work outs. :)

    Smiles are also easy (and free) to share. Years ago, my youngest (at that time 14mo) and I walked to the bakery in downtown Bad Kreuznach and there was an older gentleman there absolutely berating the young lady behind the counter. We walked up, and my son gave the man the biggest, drooliest baby smile ever. That man melted, smiled back and apologized to the young woman. Smiles work on just about everyone. You never know how much of a positive impact it may have on their day/life as well as on those around them. Love the workouts, Rick! Well done!

    Thank you, Rick! I love your walking workouts! When other creators have music only, I find it gets boring really fast. I could never do a 30 min workout like that. But your personality and good energy and encouragement really makes the time fly by. I will make sure to compliment more, starting with this comment 😊

    Absolutely loved it! Loved the no repeat aspect it, it really made the half hour fly by. I love breaking up the work morning with one of your short workouts and will definitely be adding this one to favourites!

    Discovered your videos because its been blizzard conditions over here in Chicago so I couldn't get to the gym but I still wanted to get a good cardio workout in.     You are amazing and I so appreciate you, Rick! Im 56 and in the best shape of my life. I level these workouts up with 2 lb ankle weights and 1 lb wrist weights. Thank you for your expertise and charming personality. (How about calling them "Ax Backs"?)

    I have just found your videos, I'm very overweight (9 stone !)but doing keto, and Intermittent fasting. I walk daily around 2 miles outside but ground waterlogged so found your videos and they are such fun. Thank you so much Im doing daily. I have been very stuck on my weight loss, so slow, but hoping that it speeds up a little now. You are a joy and make me smile whilst exercising. Thanks Rick.

    Just did your combat workout. Definitely sweaty! My HR peaked at 134 (I am 74)Have been doing your workouts for a couple of months now. Love them!

    Glad I've found you, it's a great change to my normal fitness videos. I'm definitely puffed after that one - but I was wearing 1kg ankle weigts and holding 1kg weights.. I'll keep going with Rick!
