This is the PERFECT workout! I had my hip replacement in December, and m waiting for the surgery on the other one. It is supposed to happen between now and January. So my mobility is nit at it's greatest. This made me feel great!

I too am struggling - I have bad knees and a busted hip joint that cant't be fixed until the late fall due to my work...so frustrating! I was much fitter 2 years ago, and I am trying desparately not to lose all hope. My weight has not gone down (plateau) and it seems no matter what I do, nothing helps. So, I too am grateful for YOU Rick. You're so positive and inspirational and you're vibe is truly amazing! I can adjust the movements, it's great not to have to jump to see results. The time flew by. Normally I watch a clock willing it to go down. Didn't need to today. I'm 73 and decided I needed to up my fitness levels 3 weeks ago. I may not have quite kept up at times, but I got there! I'm now quietly glowing on the sofa in front of the fan and have my water beside me. Thanks bud!

I tried two other low impact knee friendly videos today from different channels to see how they compared to yours and was so bored to tears I almost cried. As soon as I started this workout again I cheered up and enjoyed my exercises. I explored some of your other videos but I just love this one (especially the combination workouts.) I am overweight and have knee pain but I can do your videos because they do not involve jumping or floor work. I like the way you talk through the videos as it is a distraction for how long and how hard I am working out. Sly, but it works and I love it!!! I did not think I would make the 30 mins but I did. You're the best!!!

Your videos are a breath of fresh air especially because of the 30 second workouts and then 15 seconds rest. That is the reason why I like your videos. You said something in this video like 'if you don't enjoy exercising then you won't look forward to it' which is so true. I have been looking forward to doing your workouts because you keep it interesting which is why ppl come back. My joints were creaking and cracking but I pushed on as I need to move more. Looking forward to trying out ALL of your videos.

So grateful to have found your videos, they are helping me incorporate more movement into my healing journey. Very reminiscence of workout classes in late 80s/early 90s. yes I'm aging myself. :-)
I'm coming back to comment after a few weeks (and a short break after hurting my back) and this is most definitely my new daily favourite! Even if it's the only workout I do in the evening, it makes me feel so accomplished to know I've exercised for a whole 30 minutes!! I just know I won't hurt myself doing it, and I can also make it a bit more challenging with 1 pound hand weights (I wish I could use my 2 pound weights, but I have the upper body strength of a lemon 😂)

In this workout you asked us to compliment someone- I pick you! I SO VERY much appreciate the free workouts you offer on RUclips. I am on a fixed income so I am so happy these are doable for me from a financial standpoint. I also like the level of activity- low impact, but still a good workout. I need this as I am 70+ yo and post 2 knee replacements. There is a lot of variety to keep it interesting, but also the different lengths make each day workable. Some days it is 10 min. and some are 30+ minutes. Your positive encouragement is very motivation!

Hi Rick, I have been meaning to share with you, so here goes. I'm going woowoo on you to say my Mars is in Pisces. This is detrimental. Why? Mars is energy. Pisces is fluid and flexible, relax and bury yourself. You stated the more you do the more you'll like doing. (Not an exact quote, forgive me) I don't like exercise, never have, never will. What I do like is being finished w a session. That is my motivation along w staying off antidepressants. Yes, exercise is my antidepressant and moving my body places me in a better mood, better frame of mind. Now, the compliments, I LOVED this workout. I'm 67 and need low impact. I was sweaty and did increase my heartrate without hurting myself. I want to say thanks for your commitment, dedication, and time in creating these workouts. Placing them on RUclips fits my limited income budget. YOUR energy is contagious! One more thing, I am jealous you can speak and exercise at the same time. Looking forward to more sessions with you. Thank you Rick! I love these workouts and your positive energy. I have been recovering from a severe ankle break that happened at the end of last year. Until I found your videos I had been struggling to find a good cardio workout that I enjoyed and would not put too much pressure on my joint but would help me get my legs moving again.

Thank you for these workouts and making it so easy to work out even when traveling. I just had to spend 3 nights in a hotel and even after driving 12 hours was able to fit in my steps. You make it fun and simple without the need for a lot of space, and I felt so much better not missing my work outs. :)

Years ago, my youngest (at that time 14mo) and I walked to the bakery in downtown Bad Kreuznach and there was an older gentleman there absolutely berating the young lady behind the counter. We walked up, and my son gave the man the biggest, drooliest baby smile ever. That man melted, smiled back and apologized to the young woman. Smiles work on just about everyone. You never know how much of a positive impact it may have on their day/life as well as on those around them. Love the workouts, Rick! Well done!

I have just found your videos, I'm very overweight (9 stone !)but doing keto, and Intermittent fasting. I walk daily around 2 miles outside but ground waterlogged so found your videos and they are such fun. Thank you so much Im doing daily.
