I came home from work so exhausted that I didn’t even want to eat dinner let alone workout. I've done a LOT of different step workouts on RUclips and yours are by far my favorite. It goes so fast and it's fun. Not a bunch of complicated steps to get lost in. Please keep posting longer workouts!

I started my weight loss journey in October last year and everyone told me that walking in the best way to lose weight, but I struggle to leave the house because of anxiety. This is so great for people like me I wish I’d found it sooner! I’ve lost 2 stone since October but bet I can lose another one easier with this. Only got to 4,000 steps today but I’ll do the whole thing next time

Rick, I'm so glad I found your walking work outs!! I'm from Scotland and have pushed myself to go power walking everyday in cold, wet and icy weather. I wasn't even getting in half the steps I do with your workouts and I'm also working much harder but the amazing thing is it doesn't feel like it?! It's so achievable. I have really bad knees so these workouts are perfect. I love seeing the steps count up on my watch, my heart rare up and my final calorie count - and I haven't even left the house! I find your chat is a pleasant distraction too so please keep it up! If I could request anything, I'd love a 90's boy band theme workout with good remixes for tempo! Xx

I was sitting about on an October afternoon. My day hasn't gone to plan. I haven't been able to get out for my walk. I couldn't motivate myself & yet I am supposed to be trying to take more care of myself. I was cold & about to reach for a hot chocolate (already ate too much chocolate today) & then remembered what I would do if I couldn't get out..."Walk with Rick," so I grabbed my trainers, did your warm-up & now 5000 steps 🎉 I had a great time. I'm not cold, about to drink lemon water & get on with my day. What was that all about 😂 thank you 😊
This was my first time watching and "walking" with you and man, after just 15 minutes I could feel the burn on my hips/thigh area. I will be back to finish the other half of the video after I catch my breath. :) Thanks for the easy workout at home (even though I still can't get my feet to follow yours!) and yes, this helped me hit my 10,000 step goal for the day!

In June 2022 I cut alcohol, then July I changed my eating habits and started doing this workout at least once a day. Now in April 2023 I've lost 84lbs and I'm feeling a lot better 🙌 I'm now able to bump up the playback speed to get a sweat on and the heart pumping. When I first started I was 228lbs, I took my time completing the workout and just made sure I did it once a day. As I got lighter I started completing it with more ease then introduced 2x a day. Not just for weightloss but to anyone needing encouragement - beating yourself up because you didn't hit perfection will stop you. Some days I could only hit 2000 steps but saw that as better than 0 steps and that mentality will keep you going long-term. That can pretty much be applied to most things.
I'm 71 with a total knee replacement. Safety is an issue for me, so I have to walk indoors. I've tried many,many walking programs but they all have hurt my knees. I am SO glad I found your channel. 5000 steps that I can easily do without hurting my knees. The music drowns out your voice, for these oldcears, so I am glad you have an insert so I know what's coming up next. Your energy is contagious and I actually look forward to walking with you! Wow!! I’m 57 years old. I’ve sitting on the couch waaaaaayyy too much. I live in Michigan USA and hate walking in the cold weather. This was my saving grace. This has to be the best walking workout and music on RUclips it’s so motivational - I also use small hand weights for extra calorie burning and adding in star jumps and burpee’s after the grapevines instead of the tread water - brilliant workout ❤

Thank you for these workouts! I’ve injured my back and can’t do traditional cardio or strength right now. Not to put down other offerings, but most walking workouts are just movements side to side. Just because I can’t do as much right now doesn’t mean I want to be bored to tears. I love the variety in your workouts ... we move forward, back, side to side, and diagonally! I also love dance and enjoy incorporating that into a low impact routine. Thanks for your positivity and encouragement throughout. I also really enjoy the songs that are covers of famous hits ... music isn’t cheesy or boring, it keeps you going! I’m looking forward to trying some of your other non-walking by workouts as my back improves. Hope to see more 5K or even 10K routines with the fun music, moves, and enthusiasm! Lastly, thanks for the beautiful views outside... I can now say I’ve walked in Abu Dabi!

I'm in my 65th year and always been physically fit. My routine consists of a one mile to get me warmed up then I move to various RUclips videos for strength, flexibility etc. This year I decided to challenge myself and upped my weights a little bit and extend the walking warmup. First, I found your 20min fast walk and loved it but today I did this 5000 step workout and absolutely love it. I love the energy I have when I'm done and the changing steps keeps my old brain working. Thank you for a great workout.
Got up this morning getting ready to do my same old walk turned on RUclips and there you were I did the 5000 step it went so fast love music the scenery beautiful.... new subscriber.
Love the energy 😂 found myself adding my own dance moves. I even added weighted straps to my ankles whilst doing this! really found it hard to get my steps in & this is such an easy and fun way to do so!

Thank you for these workouts! I’ve injured my back and can’t do traditional cardio or strength right now. Not to put down other offerings, but most walking workouts are just movements side to side. Just because I can’t do as much right now doesn’t mean I want to be bored to tears. I love the variety in your workouts ... we move forward, back, side to side, and diagonally! I also love dance and enjoy incorporating that into a low impact routine. Thanks for your positivity and encouragement throughout. I also really enjoy the songs that are covers of famous hits ... music isn’t cheesy or boring, it keeps you going! I’m looking forward to trying some of your other non-walking by workouts as my back improves. Hope to see more 5K or even 10K routines with the fun music, moves, and enthusiasm! Lastly, thanks for the beautiful views outside... I can now say I’ve walked in Abu Dabi!

Hi Rick, I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm 71 yrs. old and besides my Pilates, Pilates Yoga, Power Pilates I have added your walk steps are so much fun. At the same time you get to sweat. I work out 5 days per week; next time I'll do your 10,000 steps. Thank you so much. This is great for all ages. I have a lot of fun too. This workout which is low impact is perfect for seniors like me.Thank you so much.

It was my first time doing one of these with you Rick and it was more fun than I thought! You're very motivational.
I'm in my 65th year and always been physically fit. My routine consists of a one mile to get me warmed up then I move to various RUclips videos for strength, flexibility etc. This year I decided to challenge myself and upped my weights a little bit and extend the walking warmup. First, I found your 20min fast walk and loved it but today I did this 5000 step workout and absolutely love it. I love the energy I have when I'm done and the changing steps keeps my old brain working. Thank you for a great workout.

Love the energy 😂 found myself adding my own dance moves. I even added weighted straps to my ankles whilst doing this! really found it hard to get my steps in & this is such an easy and fun way to do so!
