Hi Rick I love your videos. I am 67 yrs old and I have COPD but I can do your workouts. I have to stop alot and catch my breath and rest but I enjoy them because I love the boxing workouts. Keep them coming.
How can I keep saying this is another favourite? You keep producing amazing workouts thank you so much Rick. For anyone contemplating joining Rick's membership, I can recommend it 100% I've been a member for over 2.5 years and do Rick's workouts 6 days out of 7 most weeks. My fitness has improved so much. Personally, I have to be kept interested and I can promise anyone who is wondering I NEVER GET BORED!!! Rick keeps it interesting all the time. I've done this workout alone three times already.

Yes!!!! Your very first body combat workout had similar music with a good bass. I find that one fantastic because this music really motivates me for this kinda workout. The other kickbox workouts don't do as much for me as that one. But now looking forward to doing this one too. Thanks!!! ❤

My favourite kind of workout. To kick it up a notch i add ankle and hand weights. Thank you for churning out all these videos. Enjoying them immensely. Greatly appreciated.
This is one of my favorite videos to workout to. I add 3 lb weights and boost the effort. I like the steps I get in but I love the heart & body workout I get by adding the weight. Talk about a great workout. Thank you Rick!
That was SO fun. Full of endorphins going into my day! I’ve had to take a break from high intensity/impact exercise due to a health issue, so this was just perfect. So glad I found this channel!
Thank you Rick! I absolutely love your videos. I never feel judged for just stepping along on days where I don’t feel as strong. And on the days I do feel strong, I put in that 100%! Today I even used some light dumbbells for a few of the punching sequences. Me and my arthritic joints appreciate the low impact!
I found this channel in November. I had a weak hip which was causing a lot of pain. I started the workouts, taking it very easy and working up. I just had hand surgery 2 weeks ago and took a bit of a break. Now I'm back doing your workouts (in a brace) and feeling great! My PT gave me hand exercises but also shoulder exercises so that doesn't freeze up during recovery. I laugh because there's no way that will happen with workouts like this one! 2 months ago I wasn't sure if I would stick with these workouts, or even be able to. It really is designed for any level of fitness. I think I'll be ready soon to become a member!
Normally i do 40 minutes of walking workouts and abs and then half an hour of spinning...but today i feel tired , is like my body is telling me not to do it . I learnt to listen to my moods so i was looking youtube videos and then i decided to watch your channel.... I am going to do this one . Looks easy and fun . Cant obligate my body today to do harder, i guess is better a litle than nothing at all, dont you think so ?? . Thanks a lot for your videos !! ❤

Thanks so much for your channel! I started with your low impact walking workouts and now I've challenged myself to do your cardio and speed walking workouts. I've lost ten pounds! But most importantly I feel great! I can keep up with my kids better, my sleep is amazing, and my depression/anxiety symptoms have really improved. Hi, 60 yrs old here, previous regular exerciser, let it go over the last 10 years and emerged from the lockdown looking - and feeling- porky, sluggish and unhealthy. Found myself in the baggy tops and leggings type outfits, my nicer stuff outfits no longer fit. Major bereavement and a big health scare for my husband last year, put on more weight. OK, enough now, time for action. So I looked for workouts. found your channel, and over the past 8 weeks I've been steadily doing a variety of videos, . Yours are the best, for some reason they feel shorter than they are, I do the 5000 step 3 times a week and the body combat twice. on those days also the abs/boxing one. Cooldown stretch video also , every time..Day 6, Zumba and my own leg workout routine. Day 7, rest day. combined with loads of water throughout the day, 16/8 intermittent fasting, I'm not exctly dieting, just being more mindful and avoiding empty calories.... the' pork' is disappearing slowly but surely, everything firming up.. Fitting into my old jeans and looking and feeling better, with more energy, clearer skin, better digestion and I sleep like a baby these days. another bonus, strangely I'm less hungry too... Thank you Rick!
I have missed kickboxing. My lower back doesn't allow me to kick against a bag any longer. But this is really the next best thing. Thank you thank you thank you!!
