Really the best program I have found, and I have searched far and wide. Between the routines, the countdown timers and the words of encouragement, you continue to nail it!
I'm a newbie to all this sort of fitness stuff and I'm loving his tutorials his explanations are really helpful and are allowing me to fulfil my maximum potential of weight lifting
I love this one. The three sets of each means that you can really focus and get in the zone for each workout, and each one is strategically placed to hit all of the right muscles.
This was my first time with you, I do upper body twice per week simply to keep,my days strong, cleaning, food shopping, lifting heavy plates in high cabinets. Good stuff, plus I feel and look better. I liked your style and encouragement! 👍
I've been doing some of your strength training workouts lately, I like to add them on to a longer HIIT cardio workout. I really liked this one, it targeted the muscle groups really well, and I got a nice burn going! 💪👍
I just wanted to drop a comment saying how much I enjoy these videos. I'd just started getting into the gym when lockdown started and these have been great. I've been randomly switching between the dumbbell workouts you've posted, maybe I should follow a certain pattern?
What's great about working with dumbbells is that you can use them to tone and burn fat and build muscle mass, I always use a variety of dumbbell exercises when I'm teaching my students.
Really great workout. By now I can complete everything with the same weights, just the push ups make me strike down to the ground by the middle of the set everytime :p
I've been doing this one for a month, 3-4 times a week, and since I'm a newbie at this whole thing, I thought I'd post some tips and "how-to's". I did a lot of these exercises just based purely on what I saw him doing, since there's no explanation for what muscle group you're supposed to do, nor how to lift in order to target the specific muscle-group: Crush Press: They're not just "lift the weights", you're supposed to actively press your dumbells inwards towards each other in a way that activates your chest muscles. Skullcrushers: (I only use one dumbbell since my elbows and upper arms starts to hurt with 2), I generally keep my elbows as together as I can while flexing my tricep when my arm is outstretched, like 80 degrees *above* my head. Lateral Raises: Apparently you get a better workout if you don't just lift them up directly at the side of your body. like 40-45 degrees towards the front (so almost at the same angle as shoulder raises) does "supposedly" give a better delt training. At least it feels better when I do these exercises this way, than when I started out. As for the exercises I can't do: BO Wide Rows. I just don't know how I'm supposed to do them correctly, not what muscle it's supposed to target. Push-ups. I just can't do them properly, even on my knees I don't know how to not make push-ups not strain my elbows/bicepts etc. Lateral Raises: even though I looked up how to do them properly, I still don't feel much effect from them.
Im so skinny and weak, so Im super appreciative that you show "easier" way to do the exercises too. Shoulder-presses are almost impossible to do properly but alternating helps a lot. Hopefully I'll be able to do everything proper soon enough!
@@redRebelChronicles you don't want to go to sleep at 5am, let alone doing work-out before going to bed. Getting enough rest is important for building muscle.
Really enjoyed this workout. Great trainer and graphics are slick. You should be getting tons more views! Have you thought about wearing a mic? Little hard to hear you at times and it would improve sound quality? Just a thought. Love the workouts regardless!
This is literally the BEST Channel here man thank you so fucking much. I have been following your videos and I can see epic results so far. With you I dont need gym. Also the way you Interact with us on the videos is a huge thumbs up and makes you stand out from the others for me. Can you tell me how much calories we lose on this specific one..? Don't need to know the specific number of course, just if it's 300, 400? 500? Have a great fucking week sir.
Been following your previous upper body workout video - this one is brilliant as well and perfect for lockdown! Do you have one for lower body as well?
Really enjoyed this workout. Thanks!! I'm a big fan of HIIT. I do Insanity Max:30 (Beachbody) regularly and wanted to add some dumbbell work into the mix. How often would you recommend doing a workout like this in a week?
How T.F. can you be sooo chatty whilst you're doing these exercises, I love your videos and your chat is very encouraging - keep em coming.
This is better than going to the gym. I finish my whole workout in the time it would take me to get to the gym and back.
Thank you!
