Ryan a I’m 13 and I’m at 25% fat got to loose 5% witch is 10 pounds more fat so I can get to my goal 20% fat and I can loose at least 2 pounds a week if I go try hard mode I’m hoping to get to my goal in about 6 weeks

I did this this morning. I used 3 lb dumbells, lol. I've never weight trained before, and it's what I have to work with. I did manage to do the whole thing, and I am beat!!!! I forget what the burpee combo was called. I didn't do the pushup in that one. Progress not perfection right? So, I will try to keep up doing this, and watch more of your videos. Am glad I discovered your wonderful channel and video.. Although I am using 2X 5 KG dumbells for this workout at home, I go through the entire 27 min workout and sweating like mad.. Really hoping it shows in my weight although the dumbells are lower in weight..Thank you for your motivation throughout the video.

little tips, when you feel like dying at the end, just lay down and put/elevate your feet above your head, it helps me. Also, I hate burpees, and you added a dumbbell
That looks awesome, just about to get started with some training, got plenty of options here regards dumbbells, been cutting back on intake for awhile and have dropped weight off still a long way to go though, its hard ask at 62 though, not sure I could do the program above at the moment at least.

I ONLY lifted weights the entire year of 2020. I'm very strong but my cardio fitness is non-existent. I'm going to challenge myself and make a cardio workout and keep with it 4x's a week. I will be taking some things from this video along with some other exercises to get myself back into shape. Thanks for the inspiration!
It’s great intense workout. I have done it twice in a week already. Just one observation and caution ⚠️ I have sciatica problem (chronic lower back pain) and this workout is very heavy on my back. Can you give something for upper body but not critical to back?

Just discovered your channel .. man what a workout .. the only thing i cannot do is push ups exercises ,i'm obese so still working on it , any suggestions on what to replace them with ?
You could do a low crossover, lying crush press, lying chest press, or lying glues. You could also consider doing the push ups against a wall or counter top so you're more vertical
Great workouts. Important thing is that you don't scare away people with complex workouts. Very effective. I have been getting some knee pain though, any recommendations will be great.
tried to do this today for the first time...almost died after 13 minutes. it was full of true pain and sweat...but I liked it!! hope i'll be able to do it fully after 2-3 weeks of practice! XD
Just starting out lifting and working out in general. And I am shocked I made it through this. Only thing I modified was the burpees. But you sir have kicked my butt. I’ll be back in a day for more fun!
First try today my body declined the last two sets of the final triset but I’ll be trying this again I loved how everything used the whole body. Every drop of sweat i see as sweat of transformation adding your workouts in with my regular yoga practise has been amazing thanks guys
Great workout!! I feel the burn! Though I had to pause before the last tri-set take to spare more extra minutes of catching my breath, then I went back to complete it. This was one hell of a session. My shirt is soaking in sweat 💪💪💪

This is my all time favorite workout, I have done pretty much all of them and this one is as hard the 20th time as it was the 1st. If you are not soaked and struggling by the second group you are not human!! Great job!! Keep me coming
Some of my favorite moves. I shy away from them in most videos because they are more technical and I don’t want people getting injured by doing the movement and not having anyone to correct bad form.

How much weight have you lost since starting to do THIS workout in particular? I get tired of doing fat burning workout and want to include weights.
I did it again this morning. I hit 174bpm and I'm still alive at the end. It feels great as I'm my late 40s.

I did really ok! I'm so chuffed. I had to sub the burpee move for the shoulder matrix lifts from another vid, but everything else I could do.

Did the full work except for the manmaker. Replaced it with the push up and pull. Did the push ups on my knees. Thanks amazing work out.

I feel proud of myself for doing this workout 3x a week and walking 5 miles a day everyday. My next step would be reducing my calorie intake.
