Just moved on to dumbbells from resistance bands and this channel doesn't disappoint. No ridiculous promises of 2 week abs or a miracle 5 minute exercise to get ripped, just the pure basics.
I am 66yrs old and have been lifting weights for over 40yrs and I have to say since lockdown and not being able to visit the gym I have been using ACHV PEAK workouts three times a week and find them great and have never felt better

I recently stumbled upon ur channel and first thing I tried is ur this leg workout. Though I do regular yoga I still felt pain and sweat. Today is first week completed and not much pain. Thank you for teaching this routine I will continue it.

Great workout. The leg curls didn't work for me with my hex dumbbells because I couldn't hold them. Other than that, it was a great workout. I "almost" made it to the end.. On the last exercise I was done...Thanks!

Love your videos, they are great at home workouts that every day people can do. How about more under-20 minute workouts? Your 15-minute dumbbell workouts are what motivated me to to try longer workouts.

Thanks, this is awesome! I struggle to balance the dumbbell on the hamstring curls, even when using light weight. Is there an alternative exercise I can substitute?

Incorporated barbell with 30 kilo plates for front squats and lunges and did barbell hip thrusts instead of db bridges. Awesome.

@ACHV PEAK what does the quick hex squat do? And also I find that my quads bulge up if I do any kind of squats which I am trying to avoid. I would love to hear your thoughts thanks 😊 and I think I just found what I am looking for 😀 your workout are easy to follow 😍

Is there any good replacement for Lying Hamstring Curls? It's not possible to do it with dumbbells I use.
Awesomeness going on here. Been doing this for the past 2 months and have already started to increase weight. Stick with this and be rid of those chicken legs!!!
Also forgot to say essential to cool down afterwards with stretching otherwise you will not walk straight for 2 day!!!
