    Felt like a piece of crap this morning, arthritis just killing me, I did this video followed by the upper body bands, my hands hurt so bad but I never gave up. Not as many pushups and several breaks. But in case you felt like giving up on this, don't me and my wife appreciate this and think it's awesome. I have lost 30lbs in 2 years and changed diet removed alcohol and reduced recreational drugs. So thank you Dj and Jenn.
