    Thanks for motivating all your followers and keeping them coming back for your workout . These workouts are really challenging and gets the job done. This guy knows how long the workout should last and still of you find you need more , just use some other workouts from this channel . You are gonna love it

    This is a reallll difficult one. Normally I hate leg day but this was outstanding 🤩 I had to drop to just bodyweight for those lunge pulses though. You are an absolute beast 💪🙌

    Did this after day 11 of 6 week shredded, Ohhh my legs, can barely walk, Legs is the only part of my body that doesn't wanna workout🤣🤣🤣🤣, who else feels the same?

      Thank you! Yes .. actually have a killer glute workout coming early next week (band optional but highly recommended). You’ll def feel it in the thighs too. But we’ll work on an inner / outer specific workout too.

      Great job following along, dumbbell or not! I used a 30 lb dumbbell in this video, but always listen to your body and use what's comfortable for you. Appreciate the comment!

    i am barely alive...and when i was doing the lunges and the squat part my sweat coming down from my forehead always managed to enter in my nostrils mid sets...so frustrating
