i am barely alive...and when i was doing the lunges and the squat part my sweat coming down from my forehead always managed to enter in my nostrils mid sets...so frustrating
This was supposed to be a light work day for me because I haven't worked out in like a week😅😅 but this was so hard I had to take an EXTRA 3 min. break near the end😭
