I can't go to the gym rn and I'm wondering how to do I train legs I can easily push out 400 squats at once but that's not enough for strength and growth that's all endurance
@chrisve1asquez I can advocate for us. I, too, am a calisthenics guy. My knees are in so much pain for no reason at all. No matter the warmups. Matter of fact, I can't even deep squat. Matter of fact i cant even warmup without my knees hurting. I can't sit down without pain. Wanna here the worst part? Im only 15 fucking years old!!!! WHY DO I HAVE THESE KNEE PAINS I GO ON WALKS, I AM INTO FITNESS, MY DIET IS AIGHT, WHY TF-
believe me when i say this just do 5 sets of body weight squats 50 reps each you wont need anything else ..... because your feet wont be in the condition to do anything else

no just pick 2-3 exercises. try to do 2-3 sets of each exercises. Do them not to failure but you should feel the burn. I would recommend doing 2-3 times a week and do different variations not just the same you did first time. thats it

I prefer the antagonistic split bcs it saves times and bcs I love supersets. Day 1, Chest and Back, Day 2, Arms and Shoulders, Day 3, Abs and Legs. This can be spread over 4 days as well, the main advantage is that it saves time. And after forty minutes, my productivity during exercise decreases and I start taking longer rests in between sets so forty five and under is ideal for me
That's impressive! Pistol squats are no easy feat. If you feel your legs are too big compared to your upper body, focusing on upper body strength and hypertrophy could help balance things out.
@Vikrant Marathe any exercise can be scaled back. You could be old, well overweight, 1st time in the gym, and you could do some form of these exercises. Obviously, you're not going to go in and do them even close to full range or with decent form, but you would be able to do some kind of progression
