@@bilal-ih7xn you will build muscle but you have to eat a lot of protein to do that and i mean protein from foods not chemical or something. If you want to burn fat you will need another workout in the day (recommend cardio) too, such as running or a hiit workout

I will be doing a 3 month challenge with this exercise. For those who want to see any type of personal results. I am not in the best of shape. Average mostly. But I will keep up with how it goes from: Day 1: - I've just now finished day one, my legs feel the most tired. My abdomen, and back + arms feel good not too sore. Overall I feel great and I can't wait to try this again tomorrow! 😁 Week 1: Week 3: 1 month: 2 months: 3 months: Yes I will be doing this daily with no breaks. And eating as healthy as I can 👏.

In my opinion, diet is more important than workout. You know how they say: "You can't outtrain a bad diet". Hey guys, this is the order that CR7 mentions each of the exercises in the video, and how many sets/reps to do.
Lunges- CR7 does 5 sets(3 recommended) of 20 reps
Side to side lunges then jump- 10 reps unspecified sets
Pushups- 20 or 30 reps unspecified sets
Heel taps- 2 sets of 25 reps
Crunches: 2/3 sets of 10 reps
Leg extensions I think?- Unspecified reps/sets, I’m guessing ⅔ sets of ten reps
Squats- 10/20 reps unspecified sets
Shoulder taps in plank position- 10 reps
Mountain climber- 10 reps
Knee touches in plank position- 10 reps

@@bilal-ih7xn you will build muscle but you have to eat a lot of protein to do that and i mean protein from foods not chemical or something. If you want to burn fat you will need another workout in the day (recommend cardio) too, such as running or a hiit workout

Just got back into workout again, did this routine towards the end of my workout. This killed me. 50 minutes, 5 sets. About 8 minutes after each set. Did this workout as one of each. Very very good 👍. We are back siuuuuuuuu

In my opinion, diet is more important than workout. You know how they say: "You can't outtrain a bad diet". Besides scoring almost the same number of goals as Ronaldo (even being younger and not using much his head and his right foot), Messi is also a playmaker, while Ronaldo is more like a finisher. Messi has better mobility, ball control, agility, dribbling and passing being a much more unpredictable player due to have more ability to improvise. He participates more in the game which makes him tatically a more important player. Cr7 is a complete athlete but football is not only made of athletics. And about freekicks I don't get people who think Ronaldo is a better freekicker cause most of his freekicks end up hitting the wall while Messi in the last five years scored more freekick goals than did any whole team in the world.
Pedro Zikao Ronaldo has 30 more international goals and led a lesser international team to a big tournament win whereas Messi hasn’t won anything with a superior Argentina side. I do think Messi’s more talented but I’d probably take Ronaldo’s career within maintaining the consistency at 3 different clubs and at international level! But I get it’s each to their own! ✌️
