@@y.sairamsingh6797 You're welcome 😉
Bro it was very obvious that he wasn't a complete beginner 😅
The skills are still easy to learn for beginners! We hope to inspire you to try them as well🤩
@@CalisthenicsFamily I know but it might confuse beginners
@@CalisthenicsFamily I think you're great, even though your app isn't that good
I thought he was just strong so he got the hang of them pretty quickly.
I could do most of these if my upper body was stronger but I'm a weak little noodle so I'll have to work myself up first 😊
@@user-nx7nw2ki7x no he is not a beginner. he is also a calisthenics trainer aswell. but still these skills are indeed easy to learn as a beginner
I am 16 year old and started my learning with calisthenics family ❤love from INDIA
Hi
I m currently 14 year old training since 4 months but still want a complete 7 day workout plan which I can repeat every week for lifetime and become fitter and stronger each week . Basically I want a complete calisthenics routine of a week including when to rest, how to do calisthenics without any equipment and plzzzz make workout less than 30 minutes each day . Also 1 more request plzz include warm-ups and stretching.
Waiting for yr nxt 7 calisthenics videos ❤❤
Bro I never imagined that I could ever do a handstand but after you made this vid I just had to try it and I got it, Thanks man🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤
The way this video is made is insane. Love the transitions, different camera angles, drone shots and just the way it was put together. Great job guys, keep up the good work! Now definetly gotta try to learn these skills haha
Thanks for your kind words! Good luck trying them💪
Def want to use the paralettes to learn the Handstand. Has been the hardest one for me to master.

I'm currently focus on basics such as pushups, pull ups and squates
I'm 18. I was your regular student year ago, then left exercising completely to concentrate in competitive exam.
But now I'm back.
Yesterday I made promise to myself that I won't stop exercising.
After watching this video I tried some exercise which I used to do everyday, I did most, but only 2-3 times I could do them. From now on I'm going to exercise everyday.
Thanks a lot, you two big brothers and your team.
Have A Strong Day.
Keep it up!
L sit is an amazing exercise because it also trains straight arm strength which can help a bit in tuck planche

Thank you for all your videos, you've got me started with calisthenics and I'm loving it and this video has really helped me understand certain skills are not as hard to get as a begineer 😀
Great to hear!
Bro just made the hardest workouts look like beginer workouts in less than 15 minutes
I didn't know that I needed a video like this to motivate me. thanks. ;P
Just found out about you guys and just started you training plan!! Hopefully gonna learn lots
That's great to hear! Good luck with your journey💪
I love calisthenics familly they helped me have a six pack❤
putting pistol squat here is crazy
Thanks bro, I discovered new ways to show off! (jk, but really tho, it felt good being able to do the elbow lever)
Great video showing how moves can be easier than they look. I'm already working on handstand balance and will definitely check, if I can do the 1 arm elbow lever. Thank you! :)
You got this!
i didnt know those staff were that ez thanks
Most of them aren't that easy :)
BTW i don't know why youtubers still says that l-sit (which by definition should be done on the floor) is easy, in my street workout park i's far more common to see a guys doing straddle planche or handstand push-ups than l-sits lol :)
@@robertpk
When you say L-sits are not easy, are you exclusively talking about L-sits done on the floor ? Cause I can't do a handstand but I can hold an L-sit for more than 10 seconds if I do it between 2 chairs.
Btw, I've just tried to do an L-sit on the floor (I've tried it on my fists to gain a little more height because I have small arms, I hope that's not cheating 😅) and it's defintly harder but I still managed to hold it for 3 seconds 😁.
@@GabrielBBM Yes, I was talking about l-sit with palms fully o the floor :) L-sit on the chairs, dip bars, etc is so easier because it's easy to cheat - legs are not parallel to the ground and there is space (between legs and floor) for that.
@@robertpk I'm not sure having palms instead of fists on the floor is that important. For some people with small arms, it's way harder cause they would have to lean more and have their chest even closer to their legs, not only would it require more strength but also more flexibility. It would become a mix of the V-pose and L-sit.
As long as legs are parallel to the floor, I think we can call it an L-sit.
>As long as legs are **parallel** to the floor, I think we can call it an L-sit.
@@GabrielBBM we agree :)
Excellent video!!! Looking forward for more!!!
Fun fact: you can like a comment by double tapping it!
I am 64 years old and I would love to do the frog stand. However, I cannot squat. Any suggestions.

Hi I'm. Mudassir from India I like to see people doing calisthenics now I decided I will learn it die im 12 years 9month old i think God will make it easy for me
Let's go for it!🔥
fire vid bro!
I know I'm 5 days late but I have been looking for parrallettes for the last month
I really enjoyed this video
For beginners ' Ofcourse those skills aren't easy but not hard as well its true that you are not going to learn it or master it in a day but i wouldn't take months all just practice it you will get there😊😊'
Love from india
On a journey to achieve mastery in calisthenics
Just getting started. I love your videos!
Ciao from Italy!! Nice video guys, I'll try
Love the content. I was actually able to do some of these skills that I didn’t think I could’ve done before. Breaking it down like that made it a whole lot more simple and doable.
Glad it helped!
Those are some really easy skills. If you're a true begginer,it might take you some time to learn them, but with patience, everything is possible.
Me trying to do the first one and realizing Bas was not a beginner. I confirmed this after looking at his forearms and calves. He already works out. But but but but but. It is definitely do-able for all of them, you should just exercise regularly and its simple
Good luck for the parallets guyss
Great vid
I can do 10 pull-ups but never try these kinds of impressive skills, I will do it tomorrow and look what I can do
Me who broke my left hand trying the first one
Very helpful and great videos, hopefully I will progress faster by learning and watching you guys. Keep up the great work 💪🏼
Great to hear! Feel free to let us know how your progress is going💪
for every push-up this like gets i will do 1 comment
XD
Yeah have my like lol
Day 40- trying to get paralletes 🤓
Im a 14 yr old and ive been doing weight training on and off for 2 years and ive gained around 20 pounds and i want to switch to calisthenics, this video was very helpful, thank you
Amazing!!! Perfect for beginners
Awesome and helpful! I have already done some! Thank you for the simple steps.
I will try these exercises at my next training in the gym 👍
Feel free to let is know how it went!
Looks challenging, but mostly doable.
Those parallets would be amazing👌
I've never done that before, so I can do it easily 😉
Very good teacher!
Thanks for your positive energy.
Positive is the only way to go!
nice video it helps me in learning needle
i cant do any thin even remotely close to a pushup or a pullup yet i could do the frog stand , the head stand, the elbow lever(surprised me too ). i did not have access to a pole so i couldnt do the 2 with a pole.oh and i barely have any flexibility so i couldn't extend my legs on the 2nd one
Pistol squat is easiest one for me, because every day is a leg day without car. Can even do them with some extra weight. Human flags on the other hand are not beginner moves for sure.
Thanks bro love from India❤❤❤
i am from India I learn most of my calisthenics skills from you like handstand, pistol squat , elbow liver etc ❤❤🎉🎉
