I have difficulty maintaing tighten core during home workout .. will this excercise tighten my core permanently so I don't have to worry during home workout??
Yeah just train wrist warm ups then some finger warm ups and handstand against wall stretching your whole body so mobility and join training which is all easy then do like push ups with weight and running before exercises increases blood flow also
Exercising can be hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 300 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 200 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life before.

Your instructions in these videos are easy to follow and I appreciate your work in putting them together. I'll be starting this routine tomorrow, cheers 🍻
My first time here. I’m going to give this ab workout a try. I like the modifications 👍🏽. I’ve always been on the lookout for ways to burn the fat on my midsection. It’s been a struggle for me since childhood, teens, young adulthood, etc…my entire life. I’m an endomorph-mesomorph combination. I totally believe staying consistent with working the abs is key. Diet does matter as we all know. Mine has been reconfigured. Getting the energy to get moving isn’t what is once was for me 30+ years ago. Recently I’ve been trying to educate myself on insulin resistance. I wouldn’t be surprised if the stubborn fat on the abdominal area is an end result. Fact is, many on the planet don’t even know they are insulin resistant.
I’ve just started doing this routine daily and I’m finding it nothing short of transformative. I’m a climbing tree surgeon and need to keep in good physical form in order to do my job. Even after doing this routine once I noticed the difference. Four days of doing it I feel as fluid moving around in a tree as I did 20 years ago! I’ve been experiencing a lot of lower back pain recently which has improved drastically since I started this routine, four days ago! I’d be really interested to see if there might be an enhanced version of this workout for even better results! So glad this vid popped up in my Home Screen, and a big thanks to you Cal-Fam!
