Exercising can be hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 300 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 200 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life before.

My first time here. I’m going to give this ab workout a try. I like the modifications 👍🏽. I’ve always been on the lookout for ways to burn the fat on my midsection. It’s been a struggle for me since childhood, teens, young adulthood, etc…my entire life. I’m an endomorph-mesomorph combination. I totally believe staying consistent with working the abs is key. Diet does matter as we all know. Mine has been reconfigured. Getting the energy to get moving isn’t what is once was for me 30+ years ago. Recently I’ve been trying to educate myself on insulin resistance. I wouldn’t be surprised if the stubborn fat on the abdominal area is an end result. Fact is, many on the planet don’t even know they are insulin resistant.

Awesome. Thank you very much. I will be doing this for now on. I was originally doing an ATHLEANX ab workout, but I was too hard for some parts and way to easy for some parts. This workout really challenges me at a level that I can still do it with good form. Thank you very much. I am so excited to progress in my calisthenics journey. Hoping to get to l sit by three months. I am patient though and understand that it will take as long as it takes. I respect ATHLEANX but he isn’t always perfect. In all honesty, I will not be touching any weight again until I build up my core strength and can do at least 10 good pushups, 5 good pull-ups or chinups and 50 good squats.
