Great core workout- I am 65 and had a back problem some years ago- that landed me in the hospital after a bad cortisone shot. I have since recovered and absolutely love exercising. I especially concentrate on my core and back exercises because they have allowed me to bulletproof my back to the best of my ability. Your 5-exercise core routine is very similar to the routine I have been doing for the last 7 years since my hospital stay. Great work. Much appreciate your videos. Thank you

Unbelievable guys I love this 5min routine. The crazy thing is that I done the workout in my bed imagine and I still feels the pain isn’t that crazy ? The reason why I done it there it’s because my room it’s too small I ain’t got space anywhere that’s why I do all my workouts in the gym but so far I love the work you guys are doing is helping me so far I’ve been watching your videos because I’m new but love it , so helpful!!! I discovered your channel a few weeks ago. Pretty good explanations for the exercises and I like that you give easier variations for the exercises. Your app is also pretty good. Thumbs up! 👍
Remember to breathe and keep your movements controlled. As you get more comfortable with these exercises, you can increase the number of repetitions or hold the position for a longer period of time.

Callisthenics is the best whole body work out in my honest opinion, functional with no isolated strength movements which weight training only provides. I’ve been developing my strength with callisthenics since suffering injures whilst in the military. Love the videos!
