Doing a push, pull and leg split with your beginner vids. Hitting them twice a week and always doing this ab workout after 2-3 rounds of the main workout. As a beginner I love the vids and the way you show easier variations

Hey, guys! I've seen your channel before but I'm now to it. Ijust subscribed because I thought you guys had awsome videos! I have to say thanks for this workout! It was short but I felt it. It was great! I'm fascinated with calisthenics. Don't know which fitness route to go so I've tried a bit of weights. but, so far mostly bodyweight workouts. My main goal of course is to get a more strong and muscular physic! Anyways great stuff. I'll be following! 😀
