    Im doing a push pull legs can i do the abs exercises in the legs day or should not?

    didactic not good, starting with the hard exercises first.

    Nice video, but the upper abs and the lower abs don't exist, it is just the abdominal rect

      We know of course (we have done several studies and courses about human anatomy) but you can definitely target the lower or upper part of your abdominal RECTUS ;)

    How often per Week would you advise to do this Workout ?

      If you want your 6-pack as fast as possible, I whould say you can do twice per week for 2 weeks, and than maybe 3 times per week that 3th week. If you eat properly, you should already see some sweet abs popin. Than you can do same thing again just increse intensitivity. Good luck👍

      Once or Twice a week, but you should also do your push pull and legs workout. That should be your main focus!🔥
