We know of course (we have done several studies and courses about human anatomy) but you can definitely target the lower or upper part of your abdominal RECTUS ;)

If you want your 6-pack as fast as possible, I whould say you can do twice per week for 2 weeks, and than maybe 3 times per week that 3th week. If you eat properly, you should already see some sweet abs popin. Than you can do same thing again just increse intensitivity. Good luck👍

Once or Twice a week, but you should also do your push pull and legs workout. That should be your main focus!🔥
