It is my 4th month of learning calisthenics and i can do pistol squads with 10k dumbell with full motion.😊. I am really satisfied. Remember when feeling low that is best time to push further more

I recently got into your channel and I am liking it. Its been over half a year since I started calisthenics, lost 10kg in 45 days and feeling great. Want 6packs now and working on it but recently many people around me started to say that my lower body,legs and thighs look too thin. I am a bit worried that I might be doing something wrong. I wanna build muscles, not too much though. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Since I m having "anterior pelvic tilt" so I've to do some modifications in these exercises so that I don't have to use my hip flexors much,,,, overall this one is great video for legs👍👍

Great follow along leg routine.I do leg exercises in all my full body routines.I like the combination of single leg exercises followed by explosive exercises works well.Do you think that high volume is advantageous to growing bigger stronger legs?Thanks for video.
good workout but some exercises could be presented with more difficult level ...such as simple lunges to make moro challenging using bands, anyway, good leg workout after leg day :)
Bro we need a full bodyweight training for calisthenic(beginner) level without any equipment in home.🙏 Many people want to start calisthenic but they don't have any equipment 😢 and also a proper trainer. So please give us a video. 🙂

Lacking balance I replace the pistol squat with the Bulgarian split squat. I use a stool to maintain balance.
