    very good for beginners! but if your experienced like me, i would recommend 2 rounds of this and 15s of rest instead of 30, nice work!

    This is really intense man at one point my whole legs failed and i fell lol, anyone just watching this sitting their fat a$$ saying its easy, try it first before saying that. Thanks man for this workout, i will try to constantly do it like 3 days a week or maybe every morning if i could, thanks bro!

    Excellent. Pistol squats the most difficult by far; have to do on a step to get full range of motion. Bought the full program 8 months before Covid, worth every penny!

    It is my 4th month of learning calisthenics and i can do pistol squads with 10k dumbell with full motion.😊. I am really satisfied. Remember when feeling low that is best time to push further more

    I recently got into your channel and I am liking it.
    Its been over half a year since I started calisthenics, lost 10kg in 45 days and feeling great. Want 6packs now and working on it but recently many people around me started to say that my lower body,legs and thighs look too thin. I am a bit worried that I might be doing something wrong. I wanna build muscles, not too much though. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Since I m having "anterior pelvic tilt" so I've to do some modifications in these exercises so that I don't have to use my hip flexors much,,,, overall this one is great video for legs👍👍

    Thank you! Love some leg day inspiration! Used to count biking and hockey, but a day or two a week of resistance training has made biking and hockey even better. (Not quite 🍑 peachy, but getting there maybe! 😍😊😀)

    Great follow along leg routine.I do leg exercises in all my full body routines.I like the combination of single leg exercises followed by explosive exercises works well.Do you think that high volume is advantageous to growing bigger stronger legs?Thanks for video.

    Lacking balance I replace the pistol squat with the Bulgarian split squat. I use a stool to maintain balance.

    good workout but some exercises could be presented with more difficult level ...such as simple lunges to make moro challenging using bands, anyway, good leg workout after leg day :)

      Yes, but once you can do it too easily you need to do harder variation

    Bro we need a full bodyweight training for calisthenic(beginner) level without any equipment in home.🙏
